collect mail from the Post Office. I received a call from a number connected to the company and it is a "Suspected Scam" number. The company refuses to take responsibility for the lost/not sent item. I'am not out of pocket and without the product I purchased.

Very easy to order and quite simple to cut to fit my shoes. I have neuropathy in my feet due to diabetes. With these insoles, the pain when walking has been greatly reduced. Follow-up · It’s been a few weeks now and my Akusoli insoles are working great. Without even putting my feet on the floor, they feel cushioned. And, when I walk, the pain transferred to my feat is greatly reduced. So far, the only question left will be durability. But, if they last a year, they will be well worth the low price. I’m loving them.

Not only does my husband swear by them a neighbour was thinking he would have to leave his job because he is on his feet all day I gave him a pair of Akisoli and they have made his legs and back so much better he is able to keep working in a job he loves Show reply
Follow-up · Still very happy with the positive results wearing Akusoli inner soles. My husband is able to work longer on his feet with these inner soles and my neighbours grandson swears by them -he has Shermans disease in his back and wearing the inner soles has saved him from leaving his job because of back pain So Happy with the results I ordered some more this week for them both so they don't have to remove them to put in other shoes they wear

If you enjoy walking or having rocks or pebbles digging into your insoles these are the insoles for you. I wore them to a conference. At intermission I walked outside ripped them out of my boots and threw them in the nearby trash can. They were more painful than the plantar fasciitis. I was fascinated and decided to order one pair to see how well they work. The order page gave many add-ons and enticing prices if I bought more than one but I only wanted one. I selected 'no' for every add-on. I went through PayPal but oddly was not shown the final order page. When I checked PayPal, I had been charged $189 for 6 pairs plus other… Read more
add-ons. I contacted PayPal and Akusoli immediately, PP said to contact seller and within 15 minutes of the order, I contacted them to right the wrong. Two weeks later I received 6 pair of Akusoli insoles. I checked PayPal and sure enough, $189 was deducted from my funds. I wrote immediately and was offered a reduced price, I refused. It took a long time to get the return address. Cost to me an additional $19.95 It has been 6 weeks and I am still waiting for my refund. I don't care how good they might be, their order process is crooked. I am a little old lady on a pension with sore feet. I wanted ONE PAIR. I am disgusted and I send this as a warning.
I have attempted mediation, they turn a blind eye. I want my money back and I will get it.

need to walk around barefoot for about an hour, until I get some "real" feeling in my feet, then I can put my shoes on. Otherwise that real feeling can take several hours to arrive. Having figured that out, I just walk barefoot til I feel that, then I can put my shoes on. And from that point on, since I have the Akusoli insoles in there, my feet keep on feeling good the rest of the day. I'm glad to have them so I can wear my shoes instead of being barefoot.
So far I have found Akusoli inner sole very helpful with my ankle problems. I have bought several pairs for my converse shoes as well as slippers at home. Found it very easy to purchase online & delivery was quite quick. The soles were also very easy to cut down to size. Just as explained in the packaging. Show reply
