How do you attach the gardenline retractable clothesline to a wall. It seems you can drill two holes and put the dynabolts in the wall then hook the clothesline to the bolts you just put in the wall but then how do you tighten the nut as it is now in a place where I cannot get to it. Do i have to take something off so I can tighten the nut to the bolts in the wall?

It looks you just need to mount the clothesline on the bolt with hex nuts already screwed on it
As you tighten the nut it pushes the outside sleeve of Dyna bolt in and to expand over the end of the inner solid end flange. This action creates solid friction hold against the walls of the hole. Important to ensure Dyna bolt hole drilled is recommended hole diameter size and depth of length of bolt. Make sure you tap the Dyna bolt fully into wall leaving only washer and nut protruding. A few turns of the of the nut is all that is needed to create a solid hold and a fairly flush fit. Some may have nut only half threaded before tapping bolt in so when tighten absolute protrusion after 1 or 2 turns of nut leaves very flush finish and bold fixed solidy

We bought this item 10 years ago and it has performed flawlessly until last week when the locking knob failed. Its 10 metre reach is the only one on the market which reaches right across the (9.5 m) space that it is in (the longest I have found elsewhere is 7.5 metres) and we desperately need a new one or a repair. Please advise our options. I note that the unit was only discontinued 6 months ago.
