This is the best pre made lasagna I've bought. Very full of flavour - you can taste the herbs even - saucy and delicious. It tastes like real, homemade food. Show details
New recipie is devoid of meat and packed with pasta. New packaging on the box but the taste is definitely not what it used to be. Used to be ready in 7:30 mins now 9:30 mins in microwave. Not happy. Show details
i love lasagne, but this had a weird taste. better off getting their frozen 2kg / single serving ones as those are consistently good
Had the Butter Chicken absolute rip off disgrace some mushed up chicken that would fit on a fifty cent piece some rice and the rest sloppy sauce
The beef lasagna has only the Béchamel sauce and layers of pasta. There was only one tiny piece of beef even though on the packaging it says in every layer . Personally I would not buy this again. Show details
$7.99 for 1.2kgs!! Who ever gives less than 3 stars is just spoilt and doesn't know value! They must certainly can go make their own 1.2kg and spend $8 .... would love to see theirs!! Awesome deal and great flavour. Show details
We love the 2KG serve beef lasagne tasted so good and so easy to eat, I just put it in the oven frozen, set to 200 and 70min later let it sit for one minute.grated parmesan cheese. I invited my parents around for dinner as well. All I can say is 10 out of 10. It when down with a nice bottle of red.:):):):):):) Show details
It was very good! I love the flavor! My husband is picky and he said was best frozen one he’s ever had! Show details
I love the single serve beef lasagne tast good so easy to eat..I mostly cook meat and veg.but when it's just me it's my go to.i defrost it might before then a few minutes to heat.grate or I possibly would not eat .too tired to cook Show details
Don't! – When will retailers realise that they can't skimp on ingredients. Put beef in more beef lasagna, not piles of cheese and bechamel sauce! Show details
Disappointing – Lasagne should be lamb, this beef did not taste good to me. A boring meal. Some vegetables and flavourings might have helped
Lasagna with little meat – The Lasagna was mainly pasta and cheese. There was very little meat, nothing like the picture on the box…false advertising! Show details
Not worth the gas it took to reheat it – Well, it fills you up if you're desperate, but that's about it. The four super-thick sheets are chewy What pretends to be bechamel is totally tasteless There is so little meat, it could pass as vegetarian. I usually like Aldi stuff but that "Lasagna" wouldn't be worth buying, even at half the normal price; unless you want to give your dogs a bit of a change. (I'm pretty sure mine wouldn't eat it because they are not vegetarian...) Show details

Really good! – The "for one" package is great! I thawed it out in the fridge last night as I thought I would have it, then ordered delivery, so had it for lunch today. I don't know if that made a difference and I didn't overheat it in the microwave, plus added a bit of my own parmesan. I found the consistency great, the meat sauce and bechamel really good and the pasta pretty on point in terms of holding its form while being good softness to eat. Show details
Very cheap and satisfying wholesome winter meal – I'm shocked by the bad reviews! I normally cook for myself, as most take away is disappointing and not so healthy or satisfying. This is an outstanding emergency dinner option however. The ingredients are all good whole foods with no seed oils or fillers, and it's tasty and satisfying! I like to soften/thaw it in the microwave and then transfer it… Read more
into a pyrex dish to finish it in the oven, as I don't like the idea of heating it in the plastic. Serve with a glass of red and it's a 10/10 cheat home cooked meal.
This is the best lasagna I've had in my life – I've had lasagna's from fancy restaurants around the world for 10x-20x the price. I've had homemade lasagna. I've had many different frozen lasagnas. This is one of the best I've had. I always thought that everyone would love this product, especially for the price. I've given it to all my family members and friends, and they've loved it. looked online to see what others have said about it, and I see a 2.3 stars review with a majority negative saying that it tasted bland.
Do you people just not add cheese on top? You just eat it as is? No wonder it tastes bland.
Go and buy a block of cheddar cheese for $4 that you can use for 10 of these lasagnas, and put a couple slices on top. Flavour your food. I also buy the Dried Parmesian Cheese and put it on top after heating up the Beef Lasagna and 3 slices of cheese on top after putting it in the microwave.
Seriously, I love this lasagna a lot. I was homeless a month ago with $28 left, and I bought 10 of these so I could heat them up while couch-surfing. They lasted the whole month for me, they were that good I never got bored of them.
So, it's a 5/5 flavour. 5/5 price. 5/5 quantity. As long as you're smart about flavoring your food, it'll taste amazing.
Terrible – I am usually pleased with Aldes prepared food but I can't say the same for their lasagne, it was dreadful and got thrown in the bin Show details
Once as a in between laxy meal – I tried this tonight, expecting it to taste like crap, because it was $2.39 to my surprise. It was actually very nice. I would buy it again, I have a certain app that I scanned food on and this came up less additives and more healthier than some of the $15 choices. Show details
This is disgusting – International cuisine meals are crap there were 12 of us having a movie night we all had different international meals had a bangers and mash it was gross I could not eat it the dog would not eat it the sausage was rank they call it the big feed every one left there meal it went in the bin probably kill the cats if they get to it who are the… Read more
people that taste test this tripe shame shame I will never go there again there food has no taste the staff were saying they don't eat food from ALDI other wise they would have sick days off
Better than dirt – It fills the void in my bowel, it was hot like a volcano, devoid of flavour. But it's better than eating dirt, although dirt probably has higher nutritional value. Show details
Almost as bad as their quiche!! – It tastes like some salty porridge pretending to be a lasagne. Show details
This product was tasteless – I normally find ALDI products excellent and promote your business whenever the occasion arises however, BIG BUT!! Your inspired cuisine beef lasagna is the worst I have ever tasted, it was tasteless, apart from the white sauce that tasted like wallpaper paste and clung to cutlery like glue. I will still shop with you but not for this product. PS,… Read more
reading through the rest of this report I do not have a receipt, I can’t remember the exact date I purchased it, the product and packaging went into the trash bin, it was in the freezer for possibly two weeks.

not as good as before – used to be brilliant...but lately the taste was down..very disappointing.............looks like ingredients have been cut back...maybe deflation.........happens with a lot of companies...was better than cole or woolworths.but not now.....no way
Best Lasagne – Best Lasagne ever great taste great crust (was not sure about the plastic tray it comes in for the oven but it worked out great did not melt Ha Ha) would buy again Show details
Ridiculously delicious, extremely budget friendly – I tried this beef lasagne as a 'soft food' after a dental procedure. I was missing out on partaking in a roast dinner and I was a little sad... until my first mouthful of International Cuisine Beef Lasagne 400g (RRP $2.25 from Aldi frozen food section). My taste buds were delighted to a scrumptious and filling dinner. I was 100% satisfied and have… Read more
