Horrible assembly! Don't buy! – My wife and I spent over an hour trying to put this large elevated pet bed together. It's literally impossible to assemble without cutting the mesh making a new screw hole in the metal. We exchanged it for a new one and had the exact same problem. This is a manufacturing issue! Impossible to set up – I have bought a similar one to this previously and although it was also quite difficult to effect this new one is impossible. We 3 x adults have worked on this for hours and the screw holes do not line up so it is not possible to set this up. into place and it has slipped numerous times causing injury to our fingers. As the ends are a bit scratched now I hope they will let us return it or have someone put it together for us. I will be taking it back to store today but can't find receipt so not sure what they will say. If you have bought one please don't even attempt to build it. I have the size L.

Aldi Elevated Pet Bed – We have tried for 3 hours to assemble this pet bed. There is no way it can be put together. The holes for the screws will not align. DO NOT BUY. Cheap Chinese crap.  Show details

ALDI ELEVATED PET BED – We owned a store that sold hundreds of these style products, some where we would have to put together to sell. Brands included Sleep Ezy, Rudducks, Snooza etc. So we are extremely experienced at putting together this style of bed. able to purchase 1 large. We were also able to purchase another large size at Bathurst Aldi.

No matter how hard we tried, we are unable to properly put together the large size of this product. We have even had 2 strong experienced people (1 a builder) try without success.

We now have 2 useless pet beds and unable to return as they are stating they are damaged from trying to put together.

So be warned, do not purchase this size product.
