ALDI Ski Goggles Questions & Answers
VerifiedI didn't even have the opportunity to use my new Aldi ski goggles. They were a gift. The rubberised plastic frame has no strength and crumbled. I have emailed the Aldi service contacts but no reply. It is new in box. I am taking this back to an Aldi store.
Can I buy replacement lens
Not usually. Cheaper to buy the whole lot. Also only available 1 a year
I wouldn’t think so. They came with a spare lens which is more than most of the other brands. I bought two pairs, had one for sunny days and one for cloudy and two spare lenses. Both pairs were a third of the cost and better quality then the expensive ones that matched the helmet.
Are your last year's Aldi goggles still in one piece? Is the plastic still flexible? Mine have crumbled like dry plasticine
I am looking for "Instructions"
How do you change the lenses on the Aldi googles?
I cant quite remember and don't have the goggles in front of me right now. However it wasn't difficult and didn't take long. I assume the instructions come with the spare lens. As with most goggles the plastic frame pulls away from the lens with a gruved slot and push in tabs.
simply press out the old lens and put in the new one. It kind of clicks in
