ALDI Specially Selected 100% Pure Maple Syrup

This used to be great maple syrup, but now I believe it is watered down as everytime I make raw chocolate with it, it seizes. I have been using it regularly for 8 years and this has only been occurring in the past year.

Watered down and tastes terrible – This is a terrible maple syrup. It’s really thin and flavourless. It might be cheaper but you end up using much more of it and still doesn’t have the smoky flavour you would expect. It’s clearly not concentrated enough due to lack of boiling. Don’t waste your money on this product.
