The salt itself is fine, but we have purchased two separate salt mills and they have both broke. Tonight one broke while seasoning lamb chops, wouldn’t purchase again for the rubbish dispenser.
Have bought this salt twice. Returned the 1st one as damp and not pouring. Sadly 2nd one is the same Have tried putting rice in to help dry it out. Won't ever purchase again. Show details
Follow-up · After 2 damp salts we have now change brands. Put rice in your brand to dry it out but need reliable pour when cooking or placing salt shakers on table
its always caked and damp – its salt but its never pours its damp and unusable from the container.. red or green container are just the same.. not usable as table salt.. you have to cut the container open and spoon it into meals so you can use it for cooking if you do that. its so damp i really believe its deliberate to increase the weight
Aldi Stonemill table salt – Just purchased a container of salt from Aldi, and found it to be damp and none pouring. Maybe its just a one off problem. I am returning for a credit.
