Did not get product after paying in full – Did not get delivery of alarm still. Ordered on 15/02/20. Doesn't look like the website exists anymore. No contact details to revert payment. Theft is the only word I can think for this.

Look out - this company is a Scam – Please do not trouble yourself buying from this company - a month after purchasing i cannot get onto the seller and i have no product. Phone calls & emails are not answered. Something very fishy going on...

Taking Advantage of the Elderly & the Vulnerable! – We purchased a 'falls detection monitor' from Alert Alarms Australia located in Melbourne. The company was extremely slow in sending out the item. heart surgery. There are no phone numbers to speak to customer service or response from emails. We finally received the monitor with sim card. The package appeared to already be opened which we assumed was so the sim was put in. The monitor is not working. We then purchased another sim thinking it could be the problem but it appears the monitor is faulty. We requested a replacement or refund. We have been completely ignored. I feel they are preying on the vulnerable and have blatantly ignored my correspondence. We have had to contact ACCC and Fair Trading. We Have lost our money and have no product. Buyer Beware.

Are these people still operating?? – are these people still operating??? We purchased an alarm early October - since then have been trying to make contact to get some set up help. I am worried my mother will have a fall BEFORE we get the alarm operational. No response to emails, no response to text messages.... very poor

Customer Anti-Service – Shipping time 5-7 days - WRONG - waited over 3 weeks. Sent an email no response. Finally arrived - WRONG colour. I ordered a green one - so it would be easier to see for an elderly man - its like they just stuck the closest unit to them into the box. No 'shipping' notification either. Not happy at all.

Less than 1 star. Worst service ever, now awaiting refund and phone call from a manager – Thought an alarm would be great for dad. Extremely disappointed with product and appalling service. Alarm ordered and paid for. Six weeks later still no working alarm. Company difficult to contact. Live chat available but information incorrect (misinformation given). completed appropriate forms. I did not receive so enquired. They then sent the alarm to me unprogrammed. I tried to contact them but nil response. I exchanged with the online chat person who was not very helpful and basically said that there was a problem programming the alarm so they sent it out and I would have to do it myself now as they cannot. They also did not tell me that the sim card needed to be activated first. I then had to pay for extra data package which was to be included if they had programmed the alarm initially. I sent numerous emails and had nil response from them. They do not have a contact number, only an email which they obviously do not respond to once money has been exchange. The live chat person had no idea how to help stating email the company and they will respond and help, which they did not. Very disappointed with the service from these people and would not recommend them.
