I received two sets of the dinnerware and unfortunately the dinner plates were broken. I messaged support and by the next day I had a reply from the lovely Mary D offering to help solve my problem by replacing them. Perfect timing moving into my new home. Will definitely be buying more from House.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with other reviewers, this china is of very low quality. Within weeks of using, the first scratches started to show and there is no way to get it off. I bought two boxes of the Kona Blue Dinnerset and consider it a waste of my money. I got a plate from Kmart, just to see if it's maybe the way we use our utensils but… Read more

no, Kmart plate is scratch-free, shiny as new. I bought this less than a year ago and find it so unsightly now that I will replace it. Very disappointed.

Absolute rubbish – This review refers to the Alex Liddy Aquis Premium fine bone china dinner set. Do not buy! The dinner set looses its sheen after only a few washes, leaving a gritty, nails on chalkboard feeling. As well as feeling unpleasant, the degraded finish leaves this dinner set easily stained. I wish I had read the reviews here first. After only a couple of months, it’s in the bin. Buyer beware.

Alex Liddy Mira Cutlery – 1 run through dishwasher and it's rusty and marked. In the booklet in the box, which you don't read when you look in the shop to purchase, states 'handwashing is recommended' but it also says dishwasher safe. Who in this day and age doesn't use a dishwasher, or has pull the cutlery immediately after the dishwash cycle has finished so you can polish them...... rediculous.

Worst plates – A few of the plates broke into half while microwaving foods and a few others show cracks and lost their quality. They're not dishwasher and microwave resistant as advertised. Unfortunately they're bought about three years only. Other plates with same usage have lasted for nearly 20 years.

Very Poor quality – Purchased 2 sets of this dinnerware and both spontaneously crack in odd places, and glaze is very scratched with minimal use. Glad it has a 2-year warranty as both sets will be returned. Would not recommend- very disappointed...
