I buy a lot of PC parts on this platform and I am consistently met with bad customer services and it feels like I am talk to Ai and not a real person as with the repeated questions and answers I have ask and its been unsatisfactory and only getting partial refunds and not the full refund including shipping, AliExpress charges higher for shipping… Read more
costs more than what the purchased items are worth when refunds are given its only for the value of the item purchased and not shipping costs to Australia as we pay for shipping.
I have spoken to AliExpress on this multiple occasions and instead of helping they side with the seller on there platform, I have reported AliExpress to the ACCC.

Hello I brought a battery from AliExpress and it was faulty. The whole return process has been unbelievable. AliExpress has done everything possible to delay and make it hard. Strongly advise against purchasing from AliExpress
Stay clear of Ali Express take your money and you get no items or refund. Order two different items from different sellers nowhere do they say what items are coming in what package just send out a hole lot of tracking numbers. Never received item as they say it was combined with other items which it was not and now are asking me to show evidence that I have not received the item what evidence can I show them.

Follow-up · ALIEXPRESS customer service is non existing, I have never heard back from them after my direct email contact with them. Paypal have also been unsupported, stating that it is my responsibility to pay out of pocket return postage to the seller when they have sent me an incorrect item which I did not order, being a motor vehicle part. As a result, I now avoid Paypal where I can.
Terrible fake rubbish bought a car model it was used and looked fake it had a missing pillow and the paintwork is really bad return policy is very poor I wrote a review on the sellers store page and he/she removed it very bad dont ever use fakeexpress.
Once again like so many others have experienced reading others reviews ali express is absolutely pathetic in helping when an item you pay for does not arrive. I have contacted the seller and ali express numerous times with no adequate response with typical nonsense responses. Eventually I spoke to a human and told them what i thought about my negative experience with the seller which is Win Top.Store do .not purchase from them ever.
Nothing but Asian Scam artists. security cameras at my door further proof of no delivery. They are as corrupt as the Asian scam artists they back up. They even had the audacity to freeze my account to on investigate me for fraud. I’ve ordered 5 times before and all were delivered. A very corrupt platform.

envelope sized delivery that fitted in a mail slot. Ali then claimed I could not provide evidence of non-delivery. Seriously, this was the result after two attempts at gaining my refund. I then saw multiple products from various vendors REVIEWS where people were being scammed the same way, same white powder, same nonsense delivery, with the same results from Ali Express when they tried to get a refund. ALI EXPRESS IS NOW A SCAM SITE AND ALI EXPRESS ARE DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN THE SCAM. AVOID – AVOID - AVOID!!!!
Poor Communication – Good value and good with faulty product. BUT I ordered a 2Tb flash drive from a 3rd party first week December. Arrived Sydney Dec 22. Now is Jan 16, 2025. I can't process a refund. No way to communicate with AliExpress. No answer from Lenovo, the supplier.
Business cancels paid items at their discretion, but my refund is not forthcoming – Totally agree with all the frustrated/annoyed customer comments. Their new rort (for me) is when I have ordered (little inexpensive items) once a week during October 2024, my order progress check, has proven almost 50% of the items paid, they have cancelled. No refund issued. Probably will receive the funds 'when pigs fly.'
NEVER BUY from them again – Bought a $929AUD multimedia car unit for a Lexus Rx 350 supposedly compatible. It wasn't. They ALWAYS resolve cases & say FULL REFUND - BUT then they NEVER PAY IT. AVOID. WARNING. Be ready to throw away your money - if you still wish to buy ANYTHING from them.

Luckily I was able to return the tablet to Ali Express and receive a full refund but that process takes a few weeks. I have no intention of buying another product from AliExpress for some time now!
I certainly recommend to my family, friends and to everyone, that buying something from AliExpress is fraught with danger and there are better and more reliable and trustworthy online sites to purchase items from!

process was directed to Aliexpress to intervene. I did receive a refund at a loss of around AUD20 from the full cost of the item. If Aliexpress did not intervene I would have lost all of the money I paid for the item.
Scam emails – While I received the delivery the shirts were good for the price paid …… the BOMBARDMENT OF SCAM EMAIL are NEVER ENDING *** 20-30 per day all hours of the night started from the second I submitted my order dont recommended using Ali express because of this

They have said they have paid but I do not have the money and they will not show me a copy of the receipt of payment. Do not, do not buy anything from this seller, you might as well throw your money away. You would be better off giving the money to a charity or to a homeless person. Thieves – I ordered 2 teeshirts 5 weeks ago which haven't arrived. Have just now chased this up as best I can. Having logged into my account I see that in fact my order was cancelled 5 days after I made it. I was neither notified of this nor has my account been refunded.

restrictions of the Chinese Government that are not known to Australians. Think of Google playstore support in that instance.
The Seller doesn't mention about all those peculiarities and the Buyer receives that device. A dispute is open, which is normal and understandable.
At some point aliexpress brings itself into negotiations and sends an email advising that they cannot access a dropbox shared link with evidence. Not sure, maybe Chinese Internet is blocking dropbox. Followed the advice of aliexpress to upload video on their service. Here is the slippery point - it is not possible to do. The aliexpress site has the uploading mechanism that will tell the user the progress and once it reaches 100% the "Submit" button becomes available. Click on it and wait as long as you want. The evidence is not submitted and there is no feedback to the user. The aliexpress sends a regretting email saying that the Buyer didn't submit the evidence and the Seller is happily receives funds for the device that is useless in Australia.
Well done aliexpress, redirection to the service that doesn't work does the trick.
My personal opinion - buy on aliexpress but go for something non complex like memory cards. Something below 10-15 dollars that you can afford to loose. Clothes, designer items, smartphones are too risky as they are localised for China and sizes, perception of what is cool or firmware locale are not for what I would expect in Australia. If you like surprises then by all means go for them.
Excellent service – Late last year ordered product from Aliexpress which did not arrive and I found the seller had provided an invalid tracking number. I opened dispute with the seller, and after a time Aliexpress escalated the dispute which went to arbitration. Aliexpress found in my favour and the full cost of the transaction has now been refunded to my account. Thank you Aliexpress. Very happy with your service.

any complain regarding this. Don't purchase any electronics from China. If there is a problem with it you will never get your money back and companies will continue to ignore you and there is nothing your credit card company can do about it.
