only option to purchase I would give them a 5 star review but given they don’t I am not impressed. It had cost me almost $200 more per picture to get it framed correctly.

threatened to call the police and report the items stolen that I got them returned, with a refund on 17 Jan - 10 weeks later! These people are like teflon, excuse after excuse. Shop elsewhere, there are plenty of good framers out there that are more professional and reliable.

Don't go near this shop! – My partner ordered the framing of a picture in mid July and paid up front at the All About Art shop at the Logan Hyperdome. her to update her, so we finally paid him an unexpected visit to the shop and called him out on it in front of customers. We demanded a refund there and then, and after much yelling and lying on his part, we got our money back - the best possible outcome. Don't put yourself through this - he is a smooth talking liar.

Within a few months I noticed the tape on the back of my picture was coming unstuck. Because of my busy life I ignored it and basically forgot about it. Until I wanted to move the painting to another wall and saw again the shoddy workmanship or the 'less than appropriate for the job' tape the framers had used.

I returned to the store on 22 July 2018 and asked for it to be repaired. The same abrasive woman relinquished to my request, quoted me 7 to 10 days for completion. Must say I was annoyed that they were going to make me wait that long to have their shoddy work repaired. But I didn't argue, thanked her and said I'd wait for their call.

Again 10 days later I call them as I have heard nothing. Yes I am told it is ready. When was it ready I ask. Today was her answer. I say thank you I will be in this afternoon (1st August 2018)

Went to store 1st august, no staff in the shop. I wait at the counter. 2 customers are also in the store looking at merchandise. The same woman that served me returns, ignores me at her counter and proceeds to talk to other customers. When she finally serves me I am so relieved to be finally getting my painting back and leave her store.

My painting is wrapped in bubble wrap, cudos for that but I am unable to properly check the tape.

Guess what, the workmanship of the repair is deplorable.

I can see that it will not last long but I have my receipts and I will be going back to them for another repair when necessary. However this time I will voice my dissatisfaction to the manager.

Shocking workmanship and very poor customer service at this store ALL ABOUT ART at Runaway Bay centre on the Gold Coast.
