Be careful – This company thinks because they are bigger now they can treat people in a manner not australian. All I'm say is tread lightly about the whole contract and your credit score means 0 even if you've rented through them before a default of 5$ elsewhere which is life especially covid they are rude.

NUMBER 1 – Deb at the front desk was so nice and helpful, the process was quick and easy and the man who came to my home to install the goods was great.

Efficient and friendly – A couple of years ago we hired a washing machine. Our house is a pole house up a very steep drive. The machine was brought up the drive by hand trolley, carried up the stairs, and installed for us, cheerfully and without complaint. And so after my recent knee replacement, we went back to them for an exercise bike. The office and delivery staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. And nobody told me to 'get on my bike!' – although that's what I've done. Satisfied customer.

Best ever service – I was greeted with a warming smile from one of the staff 1 and a half hours later my father and I were overwhelmed with there kindness and patients. thanks

Excellent service – We were in Perth for a short time and needed to hire a fridge and vacuum cleaner. All-Set Rentals were very efficient, we got the goods when needed and they picked up when asked. Very helpful and friendly people. Reasonably priced as well.
