Cleaning service stinks – Speaking of their cleaning service here. First guy they sent out was a junior employee who slipped a hose into a few spots. We told him to go home, as we had large moss deposits. Second pair of workers cut inspection holes in the gutter guard, so they could clean an arms length. Terrible service and shoddy lazy work.

Downpipes replaced promptly and efficiently – Our five downpipes were repaired and/or replaced in no time, from the initial inspection, then sourcing of materials to installation. The whole process took less than four hours and our installer was friendly and efficient and tidy!

Gutter protection is good but care of installation left a lot to be desired – The gutter guard seems to be working fine but they damaged the roof when doing the installation causing it to leak into the house around the outside door frame. Had to get them back three times to fix the damage with the roofer questioning whether it was him who did the damage. Since he was the only one on the roof for four years I think there was no doubt about it. We had told them before installation that if they damaged any tiles we had spares they could use to replace them immediately but were assured that they would not cause any damage. Not only were some tiles cracked but others were not set down properly, a problem we could see for ourselves when we looked. The company did respond immediately to my complaint which makes me think that I'm not the first to have this problem. So no complaints about the product but a lot about the installation.
