Alpha Airport Parking

The online booking is easy. The prices are reasonable. There is undercover parking. The shuttle bus to and from the airport is quick and the drivers are efficient and friendly. The whole experience was easy. I will definitely use Alpha again and will recommend them.

Very easy process and friendly staff. Easy online booking, easy checking in, then shuttle bus right to the airport door. On return a phone call to the company to say you’ve arrived and you’re picked up and dropped back to your car. Easy!

We have been parking here for 10 years (multiple times every year). It is always very easy. The buses come and go very regularly, so drop off and pick up is never a problem. We have used domestic and international without an issue. We have parked the car for 4-6 weeks on several occasions and the price has been vey reasonable. Close proximity to the terminals make it a quick trip. Highly recommend.

Drop off & pick up is so quick & efficient, location very easy to find(on the corner, huge signage everywhere) all staff are pleasant. Love the older drivers as they're usually very careful, which makes you feel safe

I have used Alpha several times when doing long trips of 6 weeks or more. Their rates are very reasonable and the drop and pick up service to and from the airport is very efficient within short walking distances to and from departure and arrival terminals. When we returned, the bus was there and we were driven to the Alpha Parking area. Our keys were on the counter awaiting our arrival. The car was there. We drove out and looked at each other with bemused consternation. This experience had been faultless to a "T". We were awestruck by the simple parking process that made this experience, one that we will not forget. We are both 75 and have seen some horrific parking adventure over the years. enough smooth process, no complaints there. The site proudly declared my booking was saved and that I’d receive a confirmation email shortly. I even got a booking reference number, so I thought, “Nice! Efficient!”

Then... silence.

By 20 October, still nothing. I sent a polite email asking for confirmation, you know, the bare minimum acknowledgment that my booking exists. No reply.

By 22 October, I sent another. Still no reply.

And yes, I've checked my spam/junk folder.

It’s now 28 October, and I’m starting to think their inbox might be powered by dial-up or possibly guarded by a sleepy intern with a “Do Not Disturb” sign.

In summary: if Alpha’s attention to detail with cars and getting you to the airport on time is anything like their attention to emails, you might want to start walking to the airport now, just to be safe.

The only annoying part (& this is just me) but the alpha buses were in Red and Purple so I wasn't too sure if it was the under the same company or if the Express was an extra charge (it wasn't). The different colours threw me off (delayed flights, bad weather so I was very tired) but I think they're rebranding.

I also wish I got a reminder confirmation about my booking closer to my start date (again this is more personal preference). I booked weeks in advance so I friendly reminder in my inbox would have been reassuring that my booking wasn't lost or cancelled (especially at such a big and popular company).

All in all, not enough to deter me though. I will definitely use them again in the future!

I have used Alpha parking many times and each time, the process has been faultless from start to finish. Prices great, service courteous, friendly and professional.

Used Alpha again and their service is great. Easy online booking and arrived at the office and made payment easy, taken directly to the airport straight away. On our return I rang, and Alpha were at the airport within 5 mins to collect us and return us directly to the office to collect my car. I booked under cover car parking, and she was under cover and looked good on my return. Very happy with their service and also a good price

As always the office staff and driver make it a very simple process when it comes to dropping off your vehicle and picking it up and I am a very satisfied customer who has been dealing with Alpha for a very long time and have no hesitation in recommending to everyone

Have been happy with them however last time we went we came back and there was a dent in the front drivers wheel arch. It was instantly obvious and we complained, they said they'd check the video footage and get back to us. I've chased them multiple times and never heard back from them. Needless to say we will no longer be using them anymore.

Will not use again, two reasons for your consideration and to be aware of: 1.) They could and will, without notifying you or gaining your consent, drive your vehicle off site via public roads to a second location for storage. 2.) the fact our modern vehicle has very accurate gps tracking, and the ability to view and record videos inside and outside remotely via the cameras. A fact the manager did not obviously realise when he blatantly lied regarding the vehicles storage. If you like gambling or have a car that you don't care about, then you should be fine with booking here, otherwise I would not recommend it.

the first warning sign came when i was dropping the car, i was told that if my flight is delayed, i should contact the staff and they would organize my car to be parked outside for collection, while website advertises closing time as 9PM. when i learned that my flight is delayed and contacted the parking staff, i was told that there is no shuttle service either and i need to find an alternative way to get to the parking at my own costs. naturally, one can ask a question - why a business which is serving travelling customers closes before the airport or why the information about shuttle and car collection is well hidden?

No problems at all with dropping off and picking up our car. We were transported to and from the airport in a very timely manner. The driver was friendly and helpful. No hidden costs and we were given a pensioner discount making it a very affordable option to leave our car with Alpha

Parked my car at Alpha near Brisbane airport for 2 weeks whilst I holidayed in Sri Lanka. Easy to find close to the airport with friendly staff. Fast transfer to and from the airport in their courtesy bus. Highly recommended and I will use this service again.

Smooth car check-in, seamless transfer, and excellent rates. Despite my flight delay, the after-hours pickup instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Highly recommended!

From dropping off my car at Alpha, shuttle buses to and from the airport and collecting my car from Alpha it all went smoothly and efficiently with the Alpha staff very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using Alpha Parking again on future trips. Also a well priced service.

We've uses Alpha Airport Parking a few times and we've only had great experience so far. Easy booking, great price and service. The airport drop off and pick up service is quick and the driver always friendly.

I first used Alpha parking 10 years ago and have been using their parking and airport shuttle service since then. The staff is always friendly, shuttle service is run very frequently and the car is well looked after.

Easy check in and shuttle service was great. Had to extend my parking time as my flight was changed, which was easily done by a phone call from USA. Shuttle from International again was awesome. Someone even helped with putting my bags into my car. Thank you, marvelous service.
