Worse product on the market – Installed security door, went away on holidays for 2 weeks and came home to find the security door was kicked in. Intruders didn’t get in but the door caved! Poor installation, poor customer service, unprofessional staff. I would not recommend this company

Unreliable, unprofessional - beware of this company! – We had a difficult time dealing with this company and would not wish others to go through the same frustrating and extremely unpleasant experience. Our security doors took 8 months to be installed due to a smorgasbord of errors and last-minute cancellations. The installation staff did not seem to be terribly concerned with last-minute cancellations and the effect each cancellation had on our own work schedules. From factory to installers, this company delivered the worst possible supply, service and installation.

Pathetic Performance – I normally wouldn't bother doing a review, even if the service is tacky or poor or underwhelming. In fact this might be the first negative review I've ever done. But my god they deserve it. To cut a long story short. I've been waiting over 5 months(since 30th July 2015) for one fly screen door. I paid a 50% deposit on ordering. I've been to the dept of fair trading and they contacted a [name removed] the Mangy Director(who lied to the dept of fair tading stating they would do an "Emergency Installation" on the Sunday 20th December,As If they had any intention of such action), but it at least prompted some movement on 23rd December 2015. Unfortunately the door they sent was too big had powder coating peeling off it and they damaged /cracked the render on my newly painted house while [name removed] the installer tried to whack it into place with a mallet (damaging the poorly painted finish of the door even further) and just took the door away again. I emailed photos of the damage as requested to Kall Centre [name removed] but Alas no response was given over the following 2 weeks as usual. When I called on the 7th January 2016 they said they will put me back in the queue, they think another 5 months wait is quite reasonable!.

So, I asked for a full refund and repair of the damage done to my house by the installer and again they started becoming evasive. Alas, excuses again from Kall Kentre [name removed] [email address removed], So again I bid farewell politely as I could muster and immediately called Dept of Fair Trading again. The Dept of Fair Trading said they will help sort it out, but as of the 19th January 2016 nothing is resolved or repaired or time frame given.

I really don't see how they stay in business, all they seem to be able to fabricate is lies and excuses, It must be exhausting. You would think they would just do the job requested as its easier....?

Alsafe Security or SydneyBlinds their alter ego are basically Dishonest, Disorganised, Disappointing, Disreputable and generally Disagreeable. Don't waste your dineros on these Drongos.

But don't take my word for it, Check out other Alsafe Reviews on other sites or their affiliate/parent company SydneyBlinds.

Do yourself a favour, save yourself the stress and aggravation and stay well clear of these clowns.

Very Dissapointing.

Can you imagine trying to claim a warranty?

what a pathetic excuse for a company. the 28th January 2016. They finally gave my money back but I still have damage to my house from the attempted installation of a shodily made door. 6 months to be at this point, They are an absolute nightmare.

They set a date for the repair. That was today 3rd July 2016. They are a no show as usual. I give up. I've wasted enough time on these guys. I never want to see them again, I'll fix the damage myself, it's just easier.

Stay far far away and never use. Unprofessional and painful – This company is actually Sydney Blinds re-badged (call their number and staff will respond as Sydney Blinds) - check Sydney Blinds reviews for how bad this company is. Waited almost 10 months for installation of 1 screen. Very painful and unprofessional. Staff are very evasive. I do not know how they are still in businesss. I have never had more stress dealing with a company in any industry like I have had with this group.

Alsafe - alunsafe – If you have had this product installed Alsafe security screens - Brookvale, take care as there is a fault in as much as the security doors can lock with out notice (the key will not unlock them)- this has happened a few times - my husband on the balcony and myself in our apartment. When I phoned the company on this last occasion they would not come unless we paid up front $60 to come and release the faulty screen doors - I would never in a million years recommend this company or their service. We managed to get a handy man to release the faulty screen sliding doors.(at no charge) What would happen if it was your great grandchild on the balcony? not happy.
