We here at Sensient have been using Alsco for over 25 years now and I must say since Robert Beams has been our district Manager the service has been amazing, Robert has come out onsite on numerous occasions to check to see how the service is going I don't even have to call, Robert has been a great help and look forward to working together in the future. Keep up the great work Robert. Regards Darrell Neri.

I would choose 0 stars if it was a possibility. Terrible customer service, delivery may or may not come some weeks. Delivery drivers and staff are rude. Trying to cancel service is like pulling teeth. I have come to the conclusion that buying towels and throw them out is actually cheaper then this poor service I subscribed to for far too long.

Horrible customer service, tried to cancel at least ten times. Was finally able to cancel but they continued to deliver to me and send me invoices, threatened me with debt collection for invoices after my cancelled date. Avoid this company!

Disgusting management – If there is a 0 or negative rating I would definitely vote for it. This company is just simply full of crap. We also had missed our delivery due to public holiday arrangements and left us under supplied for the next couple days. Don’t join them if you havnt already done so, leave them early if you are already on the boat.

A Negative Experience – Seems a shame that our customers will suffer as we have not received our Christmas order of table cloths. This was pretty poor as we emailed the oder through then followed up with a phone call for confirmation. Better to have said that they were unable to supply than offer an out of stock product. np honesty or integrity here with this company.

answer "Yes, I'm placing the order right now". Every time an order has not arrived, I am fed the same excuses "We're low staffed", "We're going through a review process" "excuses, excuses, excuses". If it were up to me, the company I work for would not use this supplier. They are absolutely hopeless.

email, or messages, they never respond. It feels like they are avoiding us on purpose.

To make matters worse, they always charge us for damaged linen without providing any evidence to support their claims. It's like they're making up reasons to charge us more without any proof. The level of mistakes and lack of response from Alsco is just unbelievable. They don't seem to care about providing good service or fixing their errors. I strongly recommend avoiding Alsco's services at all costs. Dealing with them has been a nightmare, and it's just not worth the trouble.

Poor customer service – Very poor customer service have lost 24 pairs of my overalls and replaced them with summer ones in winter time very poor communication with customers and clients I would not recommend this business to anyone

No service and no Customer Service – - No delivery and pick up on a regular basis - Customer service never pick up and don't return calls - Still get charged and you have to fight to get a credit - Management doesn't get involved despite promises to call so doesn't seem to care - Organisation is in disarray

Terrible service – Did not collect laundry for a whole month but still charged us for it and wouldn’t remove charges and instead threatened debt collectors. Also continually increased their prices without any notification even though contract had a set price.

Terrible – This is probably one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with when it comes to service Sometimes they deliver sometimes they don't. And they don't care if they don't. Call them they don't return phone calls So yourself a favour and don't deal with this crap company

Absolutely disgusting – It’s unfortunate that Alsco is literally the only company that can service our laundry needs. The table cloths and napkins are consistently dirty and badly pressed. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

Great company – I use Alsco linen service for mats at my business the service is convenient the delivery driver is friendly and helpful always happy and provides excellent customer service would recommend them to anyone looking for entry mats

Unpleasant Experience – Quite an unpleasant experience, very impersonal and rather unhelpful. Big business with no real interest in working with their customers. Increase pricing without communicating. Charge fees for deliveries they miss. Would not recommend.

Non existent customer service – Rude staff, they don't return calls and when you call them to follow up they snap at you and talk down to you like you are inconveniencing them by calling. Service or is it? – Where I work we have tried to leave this company a number of times however they have taken over all the other suppliers in NSW. Uniforms get lost but we are still charged for them. Repeated requests for credits get met with nothing or they say they have done them but we never get a copy. Sometimes they turn up and sometimes they don't but they still charge. We have decided to buy our own uniforms and launder them ourselves.
