Altec Lansing MX5021 Computer Speakers

Sounded great until the system eventually died – We had 3 of these systems. all eventually failed electrically in the same manner. Got a couple of years out of them. Sounded great until the lights were on but nobody was home.

ONLY IF I COULD BUY THESE AGAIN AND AGAIN – One of the most amazing product purchased in the last 10 years. Still work a dream.. sound amazing. Cant live without them. Love things that work. Cant remember what i paid.. Best money ever spent.

10 years strong – I bought these speakers for my 14th birthday. I'm 24 now and these speakers still blast my songs not a crackle or issue at all. The finest quality.

Still running well 3 years later – Great speakers. They have a good top range, excellent bass and are very, very loud. I did a comparison at Harvey Norman and these came out the top.Good lenghy cable and a handy desktop volume control. Pity they don't make them any more. Turned me onto Altec Lansing for life. Terrific quality for a PC. Long cables. Remote is a bit sensitive.

Super bass, best 2.1 – I watch lot of movies from my laptop and Altec makes excellent reproduction of sound. I have been using Altec Lansing 2.1 speakers for last 6 years and love to hear the bass kick in. Make sure you test the subwoofer performance by placing at different places in the room. When ever anyone asks me about computer speakers I recommend Altec Lansing, i dont have a bad word to say against them. The Sound Quality, The Size, The Volume Range. Absolutely Nothing, these meet more than my needs.
