Stay away from this SCAM!!! – No receipts, no way to contact them. Its a scam... they will keep charging your credit card. I had to cancel my card also. Cream is nothing special. Please don't get sucked in and unwillingly spend over $300!!!
Alvera Tone scam – I paid for a $5 trial of the Alvera Tone face cream, but received a bill for $141 plus foreign currency fee. I tried to contact the business to decline the offer but no reply. I then received another bill for $141 with no product. Once again contracted them to reiterate my cancellation, to no reply. I've had to cancel my credit card, and my bank is trying to retrieve the monies. What a joke!! Paul
Scam product – They suck you in with a free trial and then send you more and more charging your credit card without your permission. Then when you try to cancel, surprise surprise you cant get through. Lets talk about the product - it does not live up to the claims. Its a basic moisturiser, I went back to my normal one after using it for two weeks.
Beware ongoing charges and impossible procedures for the product refund – Whether this product performs or not there are some very questionable and restrictive policies and procedures around the returning of product return and obtaining refunds that prospective customers should be made aware of. The company selling this product out of SIngapore X3cuthelp.com has some very restrictive policies and deceptive policies… Read more
around the product purchase. They promoted a trial sample and charged $4.95 for shipment. However the shipment takes 6 weeks to arrive even in capital cities such as Sydney. (Despite the delivery box stating that it was sent Priority Paid. They have a policy that states you need to notify the company within 14 days from the order date about any returns yet that document is contained in the delivery box that only arrives after 6 weeks. That makes it impossible to comply with their requirement to notify them within 14 days from your ORDER DATE, that you are unhappy with the product Thats not even the shipping date! its from the actual order date.
You have to then apply for an RMA number.
RMA numbers are only valid for 7 days. It took 42 days for the product to be delivered. Therefore you would need to pay overseas air express shipment fees to get the product back to Singapore within the 7 days timeframe to be eligible for a refund. If it is not received back at the Singapore company address within the 7 days you wont get a refund. On top of that they may keep your product even though you did not receive a refund.
BEWARE you will be charged US$105 dollars for these goods and repeatedly charged this amount every month unless you inform the company X3CUTHELP.com that you want all subsequent orders cancelled.
