Alzano Rimless X Toilet Suite 9913

3 toilet seats soft close have failed. Initially I asked for 1 as only one failed but I was sent a "USED" toilet seat as a replacement. Totally disgusting. Was then sent an inferior seat that did not fit and poor quality, so now we live with 3 seats that do not soft close. You need to hold the button down for a good 5-6 seconds for a proper flush. The flush is SO loud. I bought black which shows marks more often , but that is just the colour black. I will buy black again , but in a different brand. There is slight splash , but with all rimless I think this is a standard problem.

Disappointing Toilet Suite – Toilet was a difficult to self install, but the real problem is that the flush sounds like a toilet on an aeroplane. Additionally, it is so violent that it splashes water out of the bowl which is a hygiene hazard. Another problem faeces is often not flushed away from the sides of the bowl despite its Nanoglaze technology claim. That was one of the reasons I brought this model! Stuck with it now - too big a job to replace. :( - I do not recommend this product. Update: I cut down the pushrods under the lid so that they don't open the flush fully - this has slowed the water into the bowl and removed the splash problem - however now full flush and half flush are redundant. Need to hold the button for the time needed to flush.
