Amano Homes

Amano worst building company ever - avoid at all costs – Do your own research and you will find that many of Amano's clients for the past several years have had to resort to legal action to get their houses completed. Do not believe the latest messaging as Tony and his business partner Gary have been directly involved in most, including ours and demonstrated consistent poor, deceptive behaviours. We had to take legal action to get the house completed to a liveable standard and even then we had to bring in additional builders to fix mistakes at a significant cost. Tony didn't even bother to turn up to hand over the house but told us to drop cheque and get keys from his office - there is definitely no professional behaviour or pride in work but you can expect shameless ripping off, no responses to fix flaws, high staff turnover, poor customer service, contractors who don't show up as they have significant payments outstanding, extremely poor workmanship, no project manager, a filthy site with workers smoking in your house, urinating on your floor and rubbish everywhere - I am surprised they are still a viable entity given their track record.
Message from the Owner of Amano Homes – Amano Homes in the last 12 months has taken direction to turn the company which I handed over the day to day running of my business to a number of general managers and construction manager’s. My intention was never to run the business as a typical project builder, but unfortunately this was the direction it was heading. My conversation with my past and current clients is all the same, there disappointment starts from my sales team right thru to construction, no one was willing to listen or help along the way.
I have personally taken everything back, I have no sales team, I have no gimmicks to give away for free.
Today, what you see is what you get.
If you decide to build thru Amano Homes you will:
- Only have the owners of the company supervise your home from design thru to handover.
- You will have quality trades.
- I will not run my company like a project builder.
- All issues if any will be dealt with me directly.
- Amano Homes will remain small company and I will be that boutique builder that I once was.
