Frankly, we were surprised that the work was done so quickly as we were watertight while others in Esk were far worse off. Yes, there was considerable work that needed to be done, but we have no complaints - only thanks.

I was impressed by Ambrose and their contractors!! Highly recommended. We are receiving comments from others about arduous contracts and unnecessary delays and complications. Our claim was handled in a very straightforward manner. Well done all!

Delay was an issue with the initial cabinet maker pulling the pin which resulted in loss of several weeks particularly the timing of it with the approaching shut downs over the Christmas New Year period. Special shout out to Chris Craig for his co-ordination on the initial remediation stage. Service and communication superb. Great ethic. Also to Jay Nguyen on the rebuild stage his job made harder in having to deal with me on behalf of the insured elderly client and needing to work around my availabilities given I did not reside at the property. Very patient. . Out of all the trades I rate Brodey and his team from Heidi as the best. The work ethic, care they took, keen awareness of OHS&E, site protection and regard for the client was outstanding.

The project did not always go to plan, but Jackson always kept in touch to ensure we were up to date at every stage and that we were happy. Overall, the whole experience was easy and we are very happy with the outcome.

It was a pleasure dealing with Jackson. His communication was first class. He followed up on requests and returned phone calls as soon as possible if missed. over one year ago my repairs were managed by first appointed supervisor Waheed from this same company Ambrose Construct, who was completely incompetent, rude and dishonest. Insurance repairs - In a one liner don't recommend them at all. Mismanaged and extremely slow process , with terrible tradies. Also don't think they they care for their customers. Looks like the tradies don't know their jobs well enough. Also the whole process is very slow. I am not sure how they handle big jobs because they are not able to take care of such a small job in time.

Clients and contractors beware. I have 12+ years working in insurance and this builder is BY FAR one of the worst (top 2). Campbell's construction, are all good builders that aren't run by greedy tyrants. If you're a contractor, its only a matter of time until they screw you, not if but when.

Sasha – They received the job for the air-conditioning replacement four weeks ago and require an additional four weeks to complete it. However, at this point, they have no updates. Sasha, the building supervisor, is very rude, and I would recommend avoiding any interaction with her.

Communication with Jessica, the extended Ambrose Construct team and RAA Insurance was excellent throughout the claim and works process. The contractor assigned to complete the work, Adrian Morgan, was also excellent very helpful, efficient and professional.
