Anavrin Kyoto Gion Book Nook
1 review
This was a group project with three of us working and helping each other. It was our first book nook. It started off brilliantly and we were helping each other and then parts didn’t quite fit because they were too tight or wobbled because they were too loose, so be prepared to have PVA glue on hand not just for the glue-able bits, but for connection bits also. The instructions for the electrical wiring for the lighting needs to be closely paid attention to as the lengths are very important. Overall, and apart from the frustration and fiddley bits, it was a good time had by all and the finished product is adorable. One more point, the sensor lighting didn’t work through the box lid so we did a cut out on the underside of the box ceiling so that the sensor was closer to the surface. It’ll make sense when you have it in front of you. Personally, I think they are too expensive. But they are currently popular so shop around for a bargain, a sale or a discount.
