We arrived 10 minutes before booked time. Driver arrived 15 minutes later then hung out in the office for 15 minutes and got us there 10 minutes late. Cost us $350 to rebook. Complaint to Andrews went unanswered. Used to be a reliable company.
Jobseekers Beware – Andrews Airport Parking (Brisbane Airport) I applied for a role with Andrews Airport Parking at Brisbane Airport and attended an interview, which I believed went very well. Following the interview, I was directed by Andrews to complete several steps before I could be formally hired. These steps included: Obtaining a National… Read more
Police Check
Applying for a Queensland Driver Authorisation
Completing a medical assessment with my GP
Additional specialist sign-off by my endocrinologist due to having diabetes
The costs involved were significant:
National Police Check: $56
GP medical assessment: $138
Endocrinologist appointment: $200
Driver Authorisation (Qld Transport): $211.65
The total cost would have been over $600, all paid out of my own pocket before any formal job offer was made.
Before proceeding with the final (and most expensive) step, I contacted Andrews to confirm I was on the right path. I then received a generic email advising that my application was unsuccessful due to the “high calibre of applicants”.
In other words, after being instructed to spend hundreds of dollars and jump through multiple hoops, I was simply advised they had hired someone else.
Thankfully, I checked before spending even more money — but many jobseekers may not be so fortunate.
I find it extremely disappointing that Andrews would direct applicants to undertake costly checks and medical assessments without a conditional offer of employment, only to later discard the application. This process shows little regard for the time, effort, and financial position of job seekers.
Prospective applicants should be very cautious and ensure they receive a written conditional offer before committing to any paid checks or medical assessments.
This experience felt like a complete waste of time and money and is something jobseekers deserve to be warned about.
Been a loyal customer and never had a problem. But I will never use them again and will certainly tell everyone I know that Andrews parking Melbourne is disgusting service. They tell you one thing in the reception and when you want an answer from head office they tell you the polar opposite. They make the rules up as they go along. DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT ANDREWS. READ ALL THE OTHER VIEWS, IT SUMS THE ATTITUDE OF ANDREWS STAFF..

Paid extra for undercover and clean car came back filthy. Was clearly not undercover the entire time. Emailed them about this and received no response. Have used them troubleshooting free for years but will not be returning

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs I left my car at Andrew’s Airport Parking (Brisbane) for 3 weeks in outdoor parking. When I returned, I found scratches on both sides of the car, clearly caused by a trolley or luggage. It cost me $600 to repair the damage. I filed a complaint, and after some time, [Name Removed] from their team came back… Read more
with the classic excuse:
"We have been unable to establish that your reported damage occurred onsite. We therefore cannot accept liability, nor can we contribute to the cost of repairs."
Absolutely disappointing. There were no scratches when I dropped it off, and clearly they take no responsibility for what happens to your car on their premises.
Please don’t make the same mistake I did – trying to save a few dollars ended up costing me far more. I’ll never use their service again. Spend a bit more and park somewhere reputable that actually cares about your vehicle and is willing to take responsibility.

I would give no stars if I could, don’t use this business,we had our car in for 7 days and we came back to a cracked windscreen.they took no responsibility and supposedly done a full review in 14 hours. They claim that there was probably a small chip which we apparently must not have noticed prior to arrival at there business, they even sent a video… Read more
tutorial on windscreen crack LOL.I wish I had seen some of the previous reviews I would never have used them. This business has very little interest in taking good care of one of our most expensive assets,I very rarely give negative reviews but as the photos show something has most probably dropped onto it and the crack is very large…shame on you Andrew’s airport parking I will fix the windscreen myself but I want the public to know do not trust this company with you car even if they give discounted rates…..they’re cheaper for a reason.
Wrong reply – Recently used Andrew’s Parking at Brisbane for 3 weeks, on our return there were bad scratch marks on rear door, bonnet and driver side mirror, I was told after a lady took photos of the damage that it would be investigated, the investigation concluded nobody at Andrew’s Parking had caused the damage, I replied it wasn’t there before, neither myself and hopefully anybody I know will not use this company again.
Great Service and will be back – Very professional and punctual and with a smile. A big shout out to Brenton who went the extra mile and helped out with my car. Thank you so much.

Brisbane Airport Parking – Thank you to the team for the wonderful service prompt on checking in and pick up and drop off. No issues and use them all the time now for domestic travel and international travel.
Great shuttle service and car hire depot – Used Andrew’s to pick up my hire car. Their airport shuttle service was professional and reliable. The driver was really friendly and gave us some great tourist info.
Excellent service at an affordable price – Jim had amazing customer service, prompt and efficient pick up and drop off at an affordable price. Highly recommended

If I could give zero I would. Booked for parking and transport to Melb cruise terminal. Told the time of the bus leaving would be around check in times. Confirmed my check in time as 1145. Told I would only have an option to leave the address at 12. When I queried this was lied to on the phone by a staff member that the information from Disney… Read more
stated we had a later booking time. I told them I would send my check in time. They refused this.
Then asked to speak to a manager spoke with another person twice. Then told on the second call that the bus of 55 people would leave at that time. Told this was the only transport leaving Andrews that day. And the check-in time didn’t ‘matter’ for the price of the cruise and time on the boat this was just convenient for the company. Disappointing and rude service. Would not recommend.

Advertise on website $85 for 5 days but a week out they charge you $119 because they are “at capacity” and told if we wait longer it will just keep increasing in price! Surely if you say $85 you can’t just change it and should have to honor your advertising.
Would never use. I made the mistake of booking car in under Married name, upon return to pick up my vehicle because name on my Licence did not match they would not give me my keys. Although my photo is on Licence and I also asked them to look in glove box as it would show on Documents in car Vehicle was in name shown on Licence they made me wait… Read more
for ages, knowing I had a three hour drive ahead of me so they could go through Camera of day I dropped it off to make sure is was me. Never again!

Our experience with Andrews Airport Parking was shockingly bad and left a really sour end to what had been a fantastic family holiday. The shuttle driver was incredibly rude from the moment he arrived. We literally watched him pull up, yet he immediately started accusing us of taking too long. From there, his attitude only got worse. He was… Read more
sarcastic, condescending, and completely disrespectful—especially towards my mum, which was totally uncalled for. He kept making rude comments under his breath and treated us like an inconvenience rather than customers. To top it off, he was aggressively throwing our suitcases out of the van, clearly trying to rush us along without any basic courtesy.
I’ve never had such an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience with a service like this before. We won't be using Andrews again, and I strongly advise others to think twice—especially if you’re expecting respectful and decent customer service after a long flight.
They scratched my new car. Drop off service was great and so was pick up including shuttle both ways. But no excuse to damage my car. Will ask for ph0tos around my vehicle on drop off next time at any long term park because of them. If they were reputable, I wouldn't have to. Contact me for my video should you be concerned.
Very poor service – Cheap parking so you get what you pay for, terrible customer service, drivers have no sense of urgency in leaving depot for drop offs or pick ups.
Clearly moved things around inside vehicle for no reason – Whilst the shuttle ride was good, upon returning to my vehicle they had clearly shuffled the seats around and moved objects about. I can see no reason to do this for the service they supposedly offer, lucky I left no valuables in the car.
No problems at all – I used AAP Brisbane in June this year. I left my car for 3 weeks and paid only for outside parking. Car dropoff was fast and efficient and pickup upon arrival back in Brisbane was seamless. There was no damage to my car. I'll use them again.
DONT USE THIS SHODDY FIRM ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A DECENT CAR – We recently parked at AAP as we have done many times before. We decided as a last minute action to have our three-year old Qashqui cleaned. On our return we drove home and put the car as usual in the garage. As I was working in the garage later I noticed a patch of discoloured paintwork. On checking, I found a number of areas on the front plastic… Read more
section of the car had the top lacquer damaged and removed. I reported this to AAP with photos. The result was a complete denial of responsibility and a 'goodwill' offer to pay half the quoted repair cost of $1000. The vehicle repairer on seeing the damage said "pressure washer damage" .We are currently making an application to VCAT to make them pay.
Disappointed – I left my car with this company for 3 weeks in February, 2024 and paid for under cover parking. When I picked the car up, it was coved in bird poo and was filthy, very obvious that it hadn't been under cover at all. To be fair, I was given a refund. I won't ever leave a vehicle with them again.

Pricing means nothing – I booked for 3 weeks and going by the pricing pages it should've been $190 which is a reasonable price for outdoor parking. I ended up with a $246 bill. There reson was that they are near capacity so you get charged extra. The extra equated to another 8 days of parking. You would think that having a full carpark would be enough of a financial gain… Read more
for Andrew's but it obviously isn't and they decide that an extra 30% gouge is appropriate. Don't use them
Parking and people just great – Have been using Andrew Parking, Brisbane, for years. Parking alway done, the standout feature is the service, they recruit or trains (think it’s the former) are always helpful and cheerful. Last time [29/01/24] Stephen went over board to help, as usually is the case. Great aspect is no long hikes from car to check in - almost door to door
Polite efficient service – We were travelling from Brisbane to another capital city and parked our cars with Andrew's airport parking for two weeks. Both to Brisbane airport and from the airport these guys were quick, efficient, friendly and polite. At the end of the trip we called them and the shuttle bus arrived in minutes. (Someone else had called them earlier.) We were back at our car in 15 minutes. The cost was around $148 by memory.
Damaged my vehicle – I had my windscreen cracked while they had my car. They then tried to say it was pre existing damage. I will no use them for the foreseeable future
Parking – I have been going there for over 2 years parking inside put rates up without letting me know decided to park outside they put my car under a tree covered in bird poop and tree branches. parked outside again asked not too go under tree again but they did went too get my car there was another car parked in front of my car could not go anywhere they… Read more
came out too move it and the car had flat battery so I had too push the car out of the way won't be returning unless my rates are dropped not happy
Very poor service and a filthy vehicle – Our vehicle was to be undercover instead it was kept in a carport with no protection from the weather and was filthy dirty when we picked it up. Service was terrible at the airport pick-up. I asked the driver who was full if she could notify the office we were waiting and she snapped that we had to phone them. 40 minutes later we were collected after 2 phone calls. Never again
What service and safety? Still waiting on response from my complaint! – This was sent to Andrews Adelaide a week ago (26/7/23) and they haven't even bothered to respond! Won't be using again and will be informing others. Our family of four adults were collected from the airport last night in one of your vans. There was a total of 11 passengers but quite a lot of luggage. There was a particular couple that arrived… Read more
at the pick-up point last who pushed their way in before us without any consideration. They had a trolley full of luggage for 2 people (4 to 5 bags).
I mentioned numerous times that all the luggage was not going to fit and the driver laughed it off and said we'll make it fit. I presume your vans are fitted with cargo barriers for a reason.
He made it fit! On laps, between legs, under seats and a pram in the front seat.
You are supposed to be offering a service to your customers to travel in comfort and safety. Your bus has a sign " please fasten your seatbelts" and after the recent bus tragedy in the Hunter Valley this should be a priority! I wanted to fasten my seatbelt but wasn't able to.
I understand that you have cameras in your vans so I suggest you review this trip (between 9pm and 10pm).
I await your response.
Andrews Undercover Parking is a Joke – In April 2023 I paid for undercover parking for 8 weeks at Andrews Airport Parking. On arrival I was asked for my car key/fob and one of their attendants drove our car away. A driver drove my wife and I to the airport. Upon our return from overseas a driver from Andrews Airport parking picked us and dropped us at the office. We had to handle our… Read more
own luggage! We were given back our car key and told that our car was undercover opposite the office. We noticed that the car had just been quickly washed but we noticed patches of thick dirt that were missed especially on the shelf under the boot lid. A clear indication that the car was not kept under cover. We also noticed a little sticker on the window with the wording "UNDERCOVER TUE 06/06 07/30 (the day we were to pick up our vehicle!) followed by our car registration number. Obviously an instruction to the attendants to clean up the car and put it under the awning opposite office before we arrived to pick it up. What a joke. I would not recommend Andrews Airport Parking.
Andrew's is convenient, easy, safer and cheaper – Professional courteous service. Ten minutes from Tullamarine Airport with fast turn-around. Much less aggravation than Tullamarine, cheaper and in my view, much less chance of your car being broken into, damaged or stolen. Second time I have used them and will continue to do so. I will never park at Tullamarine again. Arrived back in Oz more than a day late and at an ungodly hour; no problem for pick up (just rang) and no extra charge.
WARNING: No covid curtesy pick up Brisbane – Car was looked after well but BE WARNED: curtesy pick up was HUGE FAIL. Got off cruise later and was told we were booked in to be picked up from airport ♀️ I put the p&o ship down and date of return. admitted close contact and was asked to get off. Same as aged couple with Parkinson’s Disease . All were masked to be sure. We had tested negative the day before but didn’t make any difference they left us at cruise terminal ♀️. We paid taxi to get us to Andrews and still had to walk inside to present receipt and collect car keys ♀️. Qld rules say I didn’t have to wear a mask and it beggars belief that being honest would be treated as a leaper ♀️. Be warned if close contact or covid you need a plan B to get to pickup your car. Nothing in terms and conditions to say No covid will be allowed even with precautions . Horrible shock at the end of a holiday and the cruise terminal at Brisbane is miles from anywhere so no walking ♀️. We are not local so we’re stuck without a car or help ♀️
