If you love your pets you need Angel Ashes – Mel and her staff have looked after Charlie, Bonnie and Bailie (Bearded Collies) and now Pheonix (Rag Doll). If you truly love your pets and value them as a part of your family then do not leave them with anyone else.
Thank you so much! – I had to put Simba, my 15 year old golden retriever to sleep less than a month ago. Living in rural Victoria, I just used the pet crematorium that serviced this area. I was so disappointed in how impersonal they were with regards to receiving Simba's ashes. Luckily I came across Angel Ashes on the internet. I purchased a wooden urn with a photo of Simba sitting behind glass. It is really beautiful. Their customer service is first class. I received the urn 4 days after placing the order. I couldn't recommend Angel Ashes more highly.
Compassionate – The staff listens to you, they are caring about you and your pet. They are able to collect your pet from Vets in Adelaide. You are not forced to make decisions about how you would like to remember your pet. The first question you need to decide is, would you like your pet cremated singly or as a joint cremation. They have a wide range of products to choose from (for example a number of products your pet's ashes can be placed in, ranging from vases to wooden boxes). They phone you when they will return your pet's ashes, which is usually 7 days after they collect your pet.
