This company and the director are an absolute disgrace. The words untrustworthy, fraudulent, scammers, and criminal come to mind. They don't keep their promises, and they charge like wounded bulls. Do not speak with AOTECH or let them near your business.

Fraud company - never answer calls, [Name Removed] (owner) is biggest fraud . They took my cr card and took extra $7000 and then do nto return money - chasing them for last 7 days - do not deal with them - test yourself - call them - they will never answer your call

Have had instances of overcharging, not supplying credits, not answering phone calls, not suppling toner consumables, tricky behavior confirmed by phone and not email so no record, not able to complete repairs, indicating toner supplies would arrive on a day and them not materializing, Not disclosing all costs associated with a contract and using our honesty to be misleading. They proposed charges well in excess of what a new contract would be with alternate suppliers. Other people in the industry are aware of their practices but nobody warns you before you contract. Avoid the whole organisation!
