Apco Epping Vic- attendant charged me this evening for wrong pump, clearly stated to him correct pump # & still stuffs it up! Lied to me at it be an instant refund in a few minutes, not a small amount mind you, now gotta wait 3 days for my money back! Not happy, totally incompetent service!

Have to move car – Having just got out of the car a staff member told me move my car so he can blow away the dust and leaves away from the front of store surely he can work around it . I Just want to shop and get a coffee before heading to work.

2 Petrol vouchers given and both unable to be scanned – On 22/01/24 I filled up my car with Petrol at Lara and gave a voucher for the discount and was told that the voucher wasn't able to be detected by the scanner. The voucher expires on 23/01/24. I went back to my car & gave another voucher that expires on 17/02/24. That voucher was also unable to be scanned; but the staff said nothing was wrong with the scanner. Both vouchers had visible bar codes and were not damaged/torn. What's the point of a discount.....? Tax Invoice: #0 103022-0406.

Genuine competition – Here’s a company that genuinely offers competition in the fuel market. I’ve always been spooked by the quality of fuel provided by independent fuel suppliers, however after moving to Greater Geelong from Melbourne 7 years ago, positive word of mouth commentary justified giving Apco a go. I’ve never looked back. Locals are massive supporters of Apco and I can see why. The company invests in itself and provides consumers with everything the big names do and more. I won’t buy anywhere else.

Great Fuel, Poor customer service – I have been using the petrol station for years, always great pricing and nice cafe attached for a bit on the go. However today I was served by [Name Removed] (or similar spelling) who has incredibly poor customer service skills. Initial customer greeting was arms folded, dissatisfied with me wanting food as well, poor body language, poor communication skills, poor service. This business would do well to employ more customer focused staff. She was incredibly rude when I requested to add a food combo to my fuel purchase. It’s your job, just do your job. Overall great petrol station.
