Works great until the 12 month warranty expires – I bought the iPod Nano at officeworks and the first one I got I noticed the screen was falling off so had to return for a replacement. Second one worked liked a charm until a month after the apple warranty expired. Turned it on and noticed pixels spread across the screen. Luckily I bought officeworks extra cover however cannot get it replaced or… Read more

repaired due to the iPod model being discontinued and can only get store credit. So now I have to return it and buy the latest model setting me back a further $130 or so to make up the difference. Not happy.

Its ok – It is not a very impressive brand of apple. It stops in between and skips a lot of music on its own. It does not allow to store music on files

Horizontal screen pixelation – I have had an Nano Ipod 7th Generation, for 18 months now and a couple of months ago the screen has developed horizontal pixelation in the middle of the screen - 3 to 4 mm wide. They are not just a few random small pixelations they almost form a column and block out quite a bit of data. Don't get me wrong I love my Nano, the battery life is… Read more

okay, great control and editing features, great storage capacity, the aesthetics of the unit are wonderful. They have truly thought of everything. I would love to know if anyone has a similar issue to mine. This fault for me spoils an otherwise great mp3 device. Thanks

Apple iPod Nano 4th Generation – I bought this to have something to listen to when having to wait quite awhile in various places. I find after about 2 hours the battery is less than half full ! They state it last for 30 hours I DON'T think so! It is provided with a charger from computer to iPod but NO adaptor for car or wall, I think thats quite mean as it is NOT cheap, I… Read more

paid $218.00 at Harvey Norman. The Charger from a mobile will not fit (maybe unless it is an Apple phone) another rip off from Apple.

I am using it for Podcasts and the quality of sound seems fine.

IPod 7gen – IPod 7gen review from Ebgames I have my IPod for 5 weeks. I love my music; I have around 100Gb on my pc. I saw an iPod in the Apple store and I was very impressed, the sound quality is very compered to my other Mp3 players. The ipod is good but not the price $220 for a new one. Then I saw one at ebgames for $98 refurbished. Got it home… Read more

setting up can be a battle you have to install ITunes to install all the drives and software updates.

Here is the good bit after a bit of googling I came across a ITunes Alternative Copy trans Manager free.

Very easy to use and will work with any Apple product.

[link removed]

I have not tested videos or pictures

Third device in 6 months due to previous failures – The battery is nowhere near as long as advertised. It is more like 2 -3 hours. The volume quality is really poor. My first two devices failed - one because the battery lasted 1 hour and second because it just went black - I was told it was a hardware issue. It takes a while to get an app to get a replacement so despite having it 6 months, I feel like I only had it 4. Really disappointed with this product which is overpriced and not worth it.

Almost ok – Connector became intermittent almost immediately, now I can’t even charge it so effectively useless. Frustration led to destruction. Very average product which relies on name only. Much better out there.

I Hate it – very few options and hard to work. you cannot even group or delete a song without itune. bad sound quality. 10 times worse than my previous MP3 Player (1999). always ask to update and fail to do that. Time wasting minimum quality, minimum ability and high price

Amazing Little Device – The iPod nano is a wonderful little gadget that plays good quality music. I like being able to add my own personal CD collection to it, and it holds a lot. (It's sold as 16GB but in fact only has 14+GB, for reasons unknown but well documented by a Google search.) A built in pedometer is nice for fitness minded people, and I really like having FM… Read more

radio wherever I go. It can also supposedly play videos and podcasts that I have not tried, and has a deal with Nike where you can plug it into their website and use it as a workout tool. Earbuds are nice and comfortable. The downside is Apple's iTunes store, which is not user-friendly......... and DON'T let them have your credit card number (Google iTunes credit card fraud and see why.) Finally, the iPod nano is smaller in size than a credit card. The buttons to select music or photos or whatever are fairly good size and colourful, but if you have problems reading small print, it could be difficult to see song titles and some other information displayed. Holds a lot of music and photos The iTunes "service"

Apple iPod Nano 7th Generation - Awesome – This is the third nano that I've owned and I love it. It has the new earpods which fit much better into the ears. The 7th Generation has also bought back the radio which was the major selling point for me. They've gotten rid of the games though which is a slight negative. I have medium size hands so I don't have issues with handling it but if you… Read more

have large hands or fingers you might find it a bit tricky as it's small. It also has the lightning connector so unless you have an adaptor it won't work with any existing docks that you may have. earpods, radio, shape no games, if you have big hands it might be a problem
