Job was organised within twelve hours of the service request. It was done efficiently and effectively. Job took one hour from arrival including uninstalling & installing units. Tech was very professional and tidy.

Honest and reliable. Had an error come up on our Miele dryer. Online googling the error message indicated there was a faulty part that needed replacing which would cost $$ so we prepared ourselves for an unbudgeted cost. apart to be sure and found a loose connection that may have occurred as the dryer was being moved between houses. He secured the wire properly and the machine works a treat and no extra cost. Hard to find honest people these days...would 100% recommend.

Contacted Appliance GP late evening with an urgent request for a broken fridge hinge . They promptly answered , Sought a hard to get part for old model and received urgently by courier, Attended early afternoon the next day and fixed the issue. Excellent and friendly service. Look no further if you need help with fixing or installing an appliance. Appliance GP have saved the day on many occasions. Recently had them out to replace an oven element and to install a washer and dryer at short notice. They will ask detailed questions before the visit, request photos and attempt to pre-empt any parts that might be required. This is hugely helpful and saves time and money. Highly recommend.

Jacob service my dishwasher with care. Came within the agreed time. And the lady in the office who pick up rhe called so helpfull. Answered all my question in good manner.

Bobby fixed our dishwasher with a minimum of fuss. Good communication via text messages to find an appointment the next business day and within a two-hour time window (which they met). Fees and charges very fair and clearly stated up-front. Would recommend and use again.

Broken washing machine. Appliance GP responded quickly. Liam came out, friendly and professional. He fixed the machine. Explained the issue well and what to do to prevent in the future. Called Appliance GP out for a dishwasher replacement part late one night via website, got a response first thing next day and part replaced the day after! Turned up on time as usual. Have used Boris before and customer service is second to none - cannot recommend highly enough.

Appliance GP were prompt and professional, the technician Jacob defrosted our freezer and cleaned out the blocked drainage line. He also installed a copper wire to assist with heat transfer so it won't freeze again.

Great efficient service… service man came on time, assisted in cleaning, answered all my questions, gave good advice . I needed a new part which was ordered and delivered on time the following morning. I always Appliance GP because they do a great job with a smile .

Installation and problem solving – Boris went over and above the normal service when uninstalling appliances and reinstalling after floors were complete including finding faults, new Miele installation and taking absolute care with very heavy units. All with a smile. Recommend this company

Efficient and knowledgeable - excellent service – I have used Appliance GP quite a few times (oven and washing machine) over the years. From booking to payment the process is excellent (including SMS telling me in how many minutes to expect them). Great work and very knowledgeable.

Competent, punctual, courteous – I have used ApplianceGP twice: first time for a fridge repair, second time - for a rangehood replacement. On both occasions I was very satisfied with their service: excellent communication, competent work. They explained how to use and look after the new rangehood, provided a link to the user manual. Highly recommended.

Stay away from this shonky company – Had used appliance gp they took my money and ran I tried to call them back no response from the owner. Could not care less they also scratched my floor, I will not be recommending them to anyone.
