Approve All made the development approval process a lot easier for me. Sam and the team were always helpful, easy to deal with and kept things moving along. Really appreciated the support throughout and would happily recommend them to anyone needing help with a development approval!

Very slow unresponsive. Had to find my own engineers to get the job done, work from engineers they had acquired was not accepted by council. Approveall did nit take responsibility for any of this, wouldn't pickup phonecalls, and had said on occasions that some work was outside their scope of things they do. Beyond hopeless and terrible. Stay away from them

Awful service. Poor communication and it seems like they have no idea what they're doing. Forever chasing them to follow up and when you finally get hold of them, nothings been done. Do not recommend.

I also concur with these reviews. These guys are beyond terrible and are basically a scam. I requested my money back after a few emails when I realised these guys were not up to the (simple) task. As soon as that happened all communication dropped. Thank god I paid via credit card and put a chargeback through which was upheld. It’s no surprise they have no Google reviews. They also appear to outsource work to the Phillipines.

Smooth process getting DA change of use for my business. They set a realistic timeframe and were able to get approval even after the council had been tricky for me to deal with previously.

I concur with the other reviews here - avoid this company at all costs - they do not honour their commitment to refund fees if council approval is not achieved. This is what happened to me. Communication and respect for clients is terrible.
