I love this product. We live on tank water and it’s nice to have icy cold water . It has a filter which I love . I did have a look an about 7 options and found this one to be affordable and colder water than some of the others . Read quite a few reviews . It’s not loud as I thought it would be I sit within a few feet of it . Very ergonomic.
Follow-up · It does need a new filter replacement every 3 to 4 months which is approximately $40. I bought it when I bought the water cooler . I live on tank water so I think this is a great as an extra backup to filter my water. It’s very simple to fill.
Expensive maintenance of the aqua cooler – Had this under sink unit for 2 years. ok it gives cold water but maintenance is expensive and I need to call a plumber every 3 months to clean the condenser and replace the green filter. Sorry I ever purchased this.
Great cooler – The Oasis is a very nice looking cooler. Which attracted us to purchase the unit. It provides a very nice chilled water from the cold water dispenser. informed that this apparently common with this water cooler.
I questioned the consultant why this was not mentioned when we purchased it, his response was that he only found out about this issue recently.
Not 100% happy with product.
Aqua Cooler Drinking Fountain – We've had our Aquacooler drinking fountain for over a decade and it has provided hassle free chilled water for our fitness centre members. Two years ago we purchased a second one and when we had some issues Aquacooler provided first class service with the repair, and when that was not possible they actually replaced the cooler for the cost of the repair. Their service was outstanding.
Service is horrible – They take forever to do any work. They currently have a unit of ours and it has been there for nearly 8 months. Operations manager is rude, barely replies to emails, phone calls etc. I would not buy from them. Its all about the sale, once they have it there is no after sales help.
