Outstanding – Aqua Ear is extremely successful at preventing swimmer's ear. Being alcohol-based, it dries ears out; excess moisture providing a prime substrate for infection. Alcohol-based drops do not form any buildup, and in fact help dissolve excess wax, etc. which prevents ears from drying out.
