Aqua Sphere Vista Clear Lens

They leak and fog up obscuring vision – Bought Aquasphere (ladies) Vista goggles to avoid the marks left by other goggles. Ocean swimmer. After two weeks, they fill with water quickly and really difficult to remove and get a good suction again in the water. They are as tight as I can get them. They also fog and for me that will is the bigger problem as they obscure your vision. Really disappointed, but will persevere for another two weeks before pitching.
Beware of the lens – Brought the goggles because I always had problem with leaking. They leaked at first, I contacted Aqua they told me I might have to many wrinkles (67) male. Kept on using them and the water leak slowed down. But my biggest problem was the lenses, about "6 months" the film on the lens deteriorated which made them unusable. Little use once a month used on race day tri. Just out of warranty I contacted them and their answer was the "weather conditions" was the problem yes the weather even that I put them back in case and into my sports bag, "only my words" but they didn't care that it might be a problem with the goggles only if there was a "faulty part", so they lost me as a customer.
So beware of the weather and protect the lens. I have had penalty of cheap goggles over time that have lasted a years before the lenses become unusable. So really what they are saying is it's my fault, could have asked for them back to check, I have them in front of me and they are like new except for the lens. Cheers
10 years of use – I bought my first aquasphere vista mask for lap swimming as other goggles hurt the bridge of my nose and left severe marking around my eyes. I found the mask comfortable, with great clarity but the lateral view is limited by the size of the mask. After 10 years of use, my kids dropped my swim mask and the liner has come out of the housing. Still in great condition and a lot of use. The strap is still solid and the adjustment mechanism never dropped a beat depsite changes for each family member. I just ordered a new seal XP2 from the aquashpere swimstore online. Very helpful.
Great idea - doesn't work!! – Tried Vista to reduce google eye pain. Vista does this with the mask like flange - BUT it leaks like crazy. Cannot do 100m without stopping to empty water. If tighten straps get nose/brow pain from centre plastic. Also Vista is useless for backstroke - need to raise head out of water to see direction as no peripheral nor inferior vision. As stated great idea, just a pity they just don't work! DO NOT BUY THEM. Design and idea is great They just don't work - they LEAK

UPDATE. Since writing the above review I contacted the company (should have done this first!). Aquasphere's National Sales Manager was excellent. He explained that indeed the Vista does have leaking problems for people with narrow faces.
I do indeed have a narrow face. It was suggested that people such as me could try the Ladies sized Vista to solve this problem.
I chose to return to my trusted AquaSphere Kayenne.
Thank you Aquasphere.
