My Aqua Systems tap timer is set for 7pm for 7 minutes. At 7pm it starts counting down the 7 minutes as if it is operating but no water is coming through. I don't know why. The battery shows as full. What could be the problem

1) Make sure water tap is switched to on position. 3) disconnect outlet to timer, press on button on timer and establish whether water is coming through. 4) re read installation instructions 5) call aqua systems technical dept

Where can I find a manual for this item? Please help. I have bought a house with multiple such units and none work well. I installed new batteries. One just runs 24/7. The others just don't work.
