Aquafy Water Chestnut

Chinese Water Chestnut Bad Experience – Purchased online what was described as Eleocharis Dulcis Chinese Water Chestnut from Aquafy. Plants arrived in reasonable order. I planted the new plants as per google research, all good. After 3 weeks the plants grew little rooted plantlets on the original plants foliage. Eleocharis Dulcis DO NOT REPRODUCE by plantlets, they spread within the soil producing new foliage and corms. Contacted Aquafy two times by email with photographic evidence of the plantlets proving that the plant supplied is not as described in the online description. Zero response. On Their site they say their refund policy expires after 14 days from date of purchase! Takes a week for postage and a couple of weeks growing to find out that you have been duped! False advertising to say the least and no customer service at all that I can speak of.
