Absolutely Terrible Service - DO NOT BUY – Ordered a new model during the recent heatwave when our current model started leaking. Took over a week to arrive. Arrived without the correct parts (required a spike to fit the water bottles we use). Was told the part would be delivered tomorrow, wasn't delivered until 3 days later & ended up being the incorrect part. Contacted Aquaport in Adelaide and requested a complete refund and was told there was nothing they can do and that "We got what we ordered". Staff were rude & unhelpful!!!! Extremely disappointed and still without a working water cooler!
Awesome service – This business is outstanding to deal with. They go out of their way to ensure customers are happy and fully satisfied. Have recommended them to others without hesitation and would never hesitate to call them as they really do want to listen to customers. Office member "Sarah" is so commited to service. Well done !
