Item apparently custom order item anpparently out of stock but NO contact to let customer know ETA, NO service, NO apology, NO date for when tank will arrive for my sick fish. Just like it OR lump it attitude DISGUSTING in a competitive online industry Jake!!! If I could give minus 5 stars I would!

Filter pump not available locally, ordered after 5:00 pm Monday (Christmas week!). Correct item delivered Canberra suburban home 12:20 pm Wednesday (Christmas Eve). Correct item installed and functioning. Outstanding! I dared to hope. Pets and owner all breathing alot easier. Thank you.

Much like many of the other reviews here i ordered items three weeks ago that still have not arrived. I had to email them asking where my order was. I was then told items were out of stock so they had delayed shipping the entire order. for things I could of walked into another shop and purchased and was ignored. When I later asked on a third email to cancel the order and get a refund, the following day they miraculously shipped the order but with no tracking details. Again its been three weeks since i ordered and i still dont have the items. I have serious doubts this is a legitimate business so they probably will never arrive

Item was out of stock when I ordered despite showing in stock online. I reached out after a week to see what had happened as I’d been given no updates and they said it would be shipped asap. Took almost two weeks to ship and when I asked to cancel my order they said it had shipped that day and couldn’t cancel

the behefit of the doubt - I was told there was hold up from suppliers of course it was me having to follow this alarm , and not a surprise. . There’s no communication from them , emails scream of i dont give a sh!t . I cancelled my order , but took another week to get the refund. All in all three weeks to be dicked around by this company, when i wanteda express posted part, . NEVER AGAIN. Not a single attempt at good customer service. Makes me wonder whether those are actually bot reviews not human reviews.

I was a bit hesitant to order from this supplier after reading the reviews, but couldn't find the product I wanted locally or elsewhere online. So I made a relatively small order, 3 items, approx $50 including express delivery postage. To my happy surprise, I have just collected my parcel (2 days after ordering). I live in rural Vic. The items were well packed and as described. I'm very happy with this transaction.

Good range of quality products – Products as described, ordered some filter media and an air pump, order took 3 weeks but very happy with all the items and packaging. Definitely not a scam website, shipping just takes a while.

sent then. No ETA, no mention of which product was out of stock. I replied asking for more details and a refund since I needed these items to keep my lizard alive. My email was ignored. Through afterpay I was able to find a contact number for the merchant. The person who answered my call claimed they were not associated with the business and apparently receives a lot of these calls. I was able to get a refund after opening a dispute through afterpay.

Thieves! – Had a fluval skimmer sent to me. The unit was faulty. Sent a ton of photos and it all looked promising for a replacement or refund . After several emails I now get no reply. Skimmer was posted back at my expense. I have asked for a refund several times or confirmation of a new skimmer being posted out. Nothing! Nothing at all. Do not buy from this company. I lost $180 dollars and now need to go buy another skimmer. Nothing but thieves

placed after the 15th of each month for live plants, will ONLY be ordered on the 1st of the next month hence my order taking 3 weeks to arrive in Sydney from Adelaide.

Will order again based on this positive experience and they got my order spot on so I cannot fault them.

Still haven’t received an email about only receiving one plant not two – Horrible customer service, will not even reply to an email I sent months back about only receiving one plant when I paid for two and organised the two being received. I never received a refund if that’s what they did decide to do but I never have been told anything. Horrible company

Poor service after having sent the wrong item – The wrong item was sent and whilst the initial response with support sounded promising, the ensuing instructions to arrange its return was frustrating. I ended up paying for the return postage which they won't refund. At least I eventually received what I initially ordered. Mistakes can happen - their handling of the situation is poor. Will continue to buy from them, but really as a last resort.

Horrible service – Brought 3 bags of gravel paid for it then they send me an email asking for another $40 or they wouldn't ship items after I had already paid for items and shipping ended up getting refund since I refused to pay extra after I already paid full amount be careful of these scamers.

Bad Customer Service/ Guarantee – Paid $178 for aqua one canister filter it arrived promptly best part of my experience, hooked the filter up and it leaks contacted aquarium spare part and he wanted a video of the leak so a video he got with a description of the leak and he sent a o-ring. countless emails another picture of the leak he wanted me to undo screws and pull apart the taps, I question him on this saying the item have a 2 year Guarantee with no response, so I did pull them apart with no choice and currently 2 weeks later still waiting for the o-rings for the to come. Should have read the reviews before making this purchase because this the worst experience I have had buying something.

Love this shop – Was notified when my order was shipped, once arrived everything had been carefully packaged which was really important because I had some delicate decorations. The packaging, shipping, price and service were all amazing and I will continue to shop here.

53 days waiting for a $9.88 seal for my filter – I was recommended by a Petbarn employee this supplier. All I ordered was a $10 seal for my filter. After backwards and forwards endless emails with then they continue to blame Aus Post slow delivery times. I order tons of stuff online and have never had such poor customer service. I would have been happy to again just to save my aquarium. Terrible terrible terrible. Don’t use this company.

I wish I'd read the reviews before being ripped off! – Basically a faceless business that ripes customers off. I paid for an Aqua One Air Stone Flexible 120cm $19.88 - and they sent me a measly 30cm on selling for $7.88. They never replied to my emails.. I never received my original order or a refund.

Don't buy from this company – Ordered and paid for product but it never arrived keep getting different stories as to why product hasn't arrived no apologies at all. Wouldn't even give them a one star

Ripped off – Payed near 40.00 for a SET of replacement baskets for a odellaris filter and I get 1 basket and the top cover for my money. When contacted was told you get what you pay for basically. Well if I could have ordered the SET from overseas its around 40.00 aus. and you get 4 baskets and the top cover, sadly the seller can't post to australia. I would not recommend this store to anyone and they certainly will not get any more of my money.

Poor customer service – I bought an item which arrived faulty. I returned the item to the PO Box on the packaging slip but it took days for them to find it. They refunded the item minus the postage as they claimed the item was working. .

Shop elsewhere, – Made 2 orders. One on 20/11 & the other, 23/11. Recieved second order before the first? & one piece was missing(value $30). No tracking or sign of first order 10 days later, so I emailed them for tracking. After sending a few more emails requesting tracking, I suggested a refund would be appropriate if I was going to be mucked around. They finally sent the order, but did not include the missing $30 item. When I had to email them AGAIN asking where it was, they told me they sent the item seperately but i never recieved it. What a stuff around.

My Aquarium Spare Parts experiences – I have placed a couple of orders with ASP now. All my parcels have been shipped promptly and very well packaged. Only time I have had to contact them about a problem was with an item I had returned. Tracking information was saying it had been returned to them for a week, but had not had a refund processed or any confirmation. Sent off an email and by the next day had confirmation of a refund being processed

Dismal service. Product arrived damaged – Dismal service. Product arrived damaged. Refused to replace it. Essentially said too bad. I'm not the only one either as it turns out. I've had 3 others contact me after a post I made on Facebook about their dodgy business.
