Great pots and pans but hide from warranty claims try finding a phone number. Wanted some new handles life time warranty ? Expected at least a phone number so I could order .The company can’t give a rats butt about customer service . Had a good reputation some20 year’s ago don’t waste your money . Don’t buy it’s probably not even an Australian product . Don’t be tricked like I was .

Lids broke within months of being used. Extremely dangerous – I purchased a saucepan and fry pan set over 10 years ago that I kept in storage in preparation of when I first moved out of home. Within a year of finally using them. The knob assemblies broke, which is quite dangerous when cooking. I was able to order replacement knobs but I’m now out of spares and the company hasn’t responded to multiple messages since I ran out of spares. The company also tried to suggest it was a result of wear and tear despite the product having a “25 year lifetime guarantee”. This is despite sending them a photo of the set while boxed that had only been taken months before.

Hopeless coffee plunger – This plunger has a flexible mesh which, when pushed down, spurts the coffee up the sides of the container allowing the coffee grounds through. Their advertising says 'The micromesh filter is super fine and will filter your favourite coffee perfectly each time.' Not true.

Expensive and rubbish – Purchased over 10 years ago our $100 fry pan separated from the base and the two saucepan bases act like super glue, attaching any cooking to the base.
