ARD Garage Doors

Overpriced – I asked for a quotation for a roller door which should've been around $1100 retail I was quoted more then $1800 as I have previously purchased roller doors from them before, however, I felt being ripped by this company and as a small builder I now have a new supplier, keep away from this company ARD Garage Door they're not great to do business with and when things go wrong they are so quick to blame someone else rather themselves

Very ordinary company – Absolutely atrocious service. Doors made wrong doors didn’t work as intended when finally installed after 6 attempts. Had countless issues during the measuring and installation and was provided the wrong information about the beams which cost me more money to get reinstalled. Absolute nightmare of a company to deal with

Bad after-sale service and warranty – I had a new ARD garage rolling door service from this company back in Feb of 2019. I found my garage door motor was out of order and claim for a warranty on 15/07/2020, but I been told that I have to wait more than two weeks to get it fixed. hole on the panel sheet door and lock it down., but the office lady said any of the alternations of the door will break the warranty condition. She said the door should have a central lock which should be installed back to Feb of 2019, however, I found that there was no one mentioned this option to me or done the control lock installation at that time. I am very disappointed with the aftersales service of this company and brand. Anyone seek for a better service and peace of mind warranty service please aware of this company and brand.

This is Great – Rang about 6 different companies for prices and this was the most competitive. When they came out to install the motor, he advised all the instructions and then also showed how it was done. Would recommend ARD Doors to everyone.

Just fantastic! – I spoke with about 6 different installers before ringing this company....they were very professional, competitive, accurate with their work, and sell excellent products (including the roller door battery backup system........I should have gone to them first!!
