Brand new and fraught with flaws – Purchased with new kitchen, single person with less then three months of rare use. Immediately the back center burner was not igniting. Technician temporarily repaired and ordered new part. Also told me my knobs were falling apart on my brand new stove, so he ordered new ones. After replacing the new part and knobs on second visit, the front center burner stopped working, technician arrived for third time, temporary repaired and has ordered a new part. Awaiting now a fourth visit to repair this brand new stove. Cooktop is also terribly scratched considering the little use. Suggest consumers buy something else, hopefully it will be better quality than this Ariston. Also don't like talking to the Ariston customer service, they are unhelpful, yet the local technician who is a contractor was terrific.

Great Design, Poor Build Quality – We purchased Ariston pyro oven and gas hob both of which were faulty. The oven had multiple problems and the stainless hob had a discoloration in the metal. Through the intervention of Harvey Norman they were both replaced for which we were very grateful. Unfortunately the new hob was scratched. Every time we use it is just another reminder of a disappointing experience. We would never have spent $890 on a scratched product and don't think anyone else should either.
