I purchased this product as it was advertised as the toughest available. I use a mover to maneuver my caravan onto and off my property. As my caravan is a dual axle, straight lines back and forward are no issue. However, turns place a lot of stress through the wheels and then to the drawbar. Initially the ARK XO750 handled the task well. However, about 18 months in - with only light usage due to work commitments, the ARK XO750 failed when using the mover to place the van onto a tight site at Canton Beach. The site was accessed from the road via a rolled gutter, and the swivel plate on the jockey wheel failed. See pic.

I replaced the jockey the same day as I liked the functionality and thought maybe this was a one-off. Less than 6 months later the replacement jockey wheel failed as well. This time the shaft bent from the internal mechanism. This meant the wheel could only be used at a single height as the shaft was locked by the deformed steel tube that extends the wheel. This was not good as I was camping off grid when the unit failed and I struggled to put it away. When next I went to use it I had to hammer it to somewhat flatten the shaft so as to get the wheel partially down.

To their credit, ARK did replace the 2nd unit albeit with one that looked like it had been around the world, and an incomplete unit as well - no handle, no clamp, so I couldn't sell it to help recoup my loss. No offer of compensation for the original purchase, just a 2nd quality replacement shaft and wheel. I made a decision to go for something much sturdier and I gave the ARK to my service tech as I had zero faith in it.
