Arlec Warm White Puck Lights

length. The Arlec has a mere 1m cable per unit. Luckily, I don't need long lengths. IKEA's MITTLED had a much nicer, beefier, taller frame than Arlec. They always stayed cool as well which is always great with electrical components. These Arlec Puck Lights are thinner, lighter and more minimalistic but doesn't feel like they get hotter than the IKEA's which is great.

I am using them in a glass cabinet hence I could not hide the unit by wood so I had to put items on top to cover, lest light will be shining through the top as well. IKEA lights don't have this issue. Their cables are thinner (2 core vs 4 cores) as well. For my use case, this is good.

Best thing however is that these Arlec Puck Lights are bright! They are much brighter than the IKEA lights I have and for this reason, I swapped out all the IKEA ones with these Arlec Puck Lights. I frankly did not realise what I was missing until I installed these Arlec Puck Lights. Fantastic and this is the most important function of these lights above all else.
