Good Customer Service & Honest Value – Personalised service to help make informed decisions on what best suited the family for the house aircon system. They know the products, works just they like they said it would. Didn't need the bigger spec. And issues raised by other providers re practical hurdles to the installation being too hard or expensive, were sorted innovatively without fuss. Doing it for over 20 years, knew the solutions & how to look after us, nice to know it still exits. - that's the five star thank you. One from each member of the family. :-)

Great service Better Pricing – Found Arncliffe Babylon Pty Ltd on the gumtree website whilst searching for air conditioners. If you want an air conditioner this summer at an affordable price (I mean affordable) look them up and get a quote. I spent weeks doing the comparisons (buy unit and third party installer etc), their quote for 4 panasonic aero series split system a/c's supplied and installed was almost as cheap as it would have been to buy the units alone without install when on special!! And no, no compromise on quality of install.

Service was good and their installers, excellent!
