Bought a bathroom vanity with taps and basin on line - customer service was amazing. Thank you Vivian for your assistance with products as well sending through pics/video of items purchased. Called in to Mulgrave showroom today…….service was appalling…..one sales assistant with other staff seated in the offices, however after waiting and waiting and being told it won’t be long and not one other staff member came out to assist..….we walked out as did other potential customers. Service was nonexistent.
Customer service is excellent but unfortunately the rimless tornado toilets are terrible. We will be replacing all the toilets in our home. They are constantly getting blocked. We are unblocking at least 1 toilet every day. There is a reason why they have comments turned off on their YouTube videos showing the flushing power….

Excellent customer service! – Arova, and particularly Darren, who went out of his way to assist, have been nothing but helpful over the phone regarding my two orders. The first order arrived within 3 days which was amazing. I would definitely order from them again. Prices were good and customer service was everything I expect.
Terrible customer service – Terrible customer service. Pick up is advertised as available 6 days a week however only available Mon to Fri. They very aggressively contact you to close sales but not willing to help once it's paid & you need to arrange collection.
Leaking product - difficult to get resolved – They sent me a part that's leaking. I had to send them videos and everything, which they said they will send to their claims department and I'm still waiting for a reply. They never sent me a invoice on the order either so I'm not sure what type of business this is because it seems like a scam.
Difficult trying to get a refund – Having difficulty trying to get a refund for a tap mixer and spout order. Sales team is not very helpful but the sale manger is doing his best trying to resolve the matter? Will post more details after the outcome and hopefully can be resolved.
Make sure you read about all components – Bought a vanity set of cabinet bowl and bench top. Different choices on drop downs on the front page. Sent the link to my plumber to view and he said all looks fine. What the front page doesn’t tell you is the above bench top bowl option doesn’t come with pre cut holes in the slab. Bathroom Bliss – Great vanity had a choice of vanity tops and basins. Waiting to have installed but very happy with purchase. Ordered online after visiting bathroom shops to gather info and price. Delivered in excellent order and on time. Good price
Awesome service!!!! – Awesome service!!!! The gentleman in the Mulgrave warehouse www.arova.com.au was of utmost patience and although in the end, it seemed that the issue was all on my side, he stayed patient, polite, and went out of his way to give a great result. Highly recommend their service. Have not installed the goods yet, but if the quality is half as good as their service, all will be fine.
Call and check that they will actually ship the item you want – Bought and paid for a bathroom cabinet and shipping online. 3 days later, I get a text saying "Your order from Arova Kitchens & Bathrooms has been canceled and you've been refunded $---". to Adelaide?! On the phone the guy tells me that the cabinets always break when they ship them, so they can't ship it. Why sell it, offer delivery and accept payment for something you know you can't actually provide? Make sure you call and check before wasting your time with these lazy amateurs.
1500mm 4 drawer double vanity problems – We bought a 1500mm 4 drawer double vanity unit and the drawer cutouts for the traps don't actually line up with the sink traps. Looks like sink and vanity were never a matched pair but two separate items. Had to hack the top drawers to get them to close properly. Great look when you open the drawers. Not.

Love the soft close feature – Love the kitchen cabinet soft close pull out Pantry system. Saving my time by avoided digging massive sauce and bottles, finally no headache to organize my cutting boards as well. Was easy to installed
Great prices for for Pull out shelves – I installed several Stainless Steel pull out drawers to replace shelves in my pantry. Installation was relatively easy and the runners and baskets are of good quality. Very cost effective alternative to a pull out pantry.
Fab products with even better service – When I renovated my small kitchen, I wanted to take use of every space I have and therefore planned cupboards up to ceiling. the free advice received, I ended up purchasing a few items from the company, including a pull out pantry for a narrow cupboard, 3!chrome baskets and a side draw out. As we live in VIC, we got the items delivered for free.
We hired a handyman to install the kitchen and the units for us. The top of door of the pull out pantry tilts put to the front for nearly 10cm when open and a 3cm gap when the door is closed and our handyman claims it was the problem with the unit as he had installed many similar systems before. The other items were installed without any issues.
We called Arova to request a return as we considered the item completely faulty and was not safe to use. And the same as an earlier review, we were requested to provide some photos or video showing the issues. Rob from their customer team got back to me with their installation video clips on YouTube. Also, I was told that the frame was not secured to the runner properly. I didn’t find the information very helpful as DIY is not my suit. So the company has arranged a call from their technician, who spent a few hours with us and recording videos showing us the installation and adjustment step by step and pointed out all the issues.
It turned out the handyman we hired did a few things wrong. The frame of our pantry was not pushed all the way in and the fastening screws were not tightened. basically, the 2m tall frame and the cupboard door was just standing freely on the runner and could fall apart any time. We basically re-installed the system ourselves with the help from Arova and the unit now works brilliantly.
We also found out DIY is much easier han we had thought, as long as we follow the instructions. We have bought and installed a few other items from Arova and all worked perfectly. Hubby also installed a few units for his sister.
We are very happy with the products we purchased and the service we have received from the company.
No after sales support - pull out pantry is NOT a quality product – I purchased a 400mm wide pull out pantry that was meant to be self closing and soft closing. purchased the internal frame, trays and closing mechanism from Arova. I should've just let the cabinet maker supply the brand he's used in the past.
After needing to wait a couple of months after the purchase for structural modifications to my kitchen walls to install the new cabinet carcass, we found the mechanism would not open without a decent amount of strength required (unladen with only 2 of the 5 shelves installed), and certainly would not self-close. We needed to push it with strength to close it. None of the cabinetry was fouling on anything else, so this is all to do with the lack of quality in the mechanism, and it's inability to do what had been advertised.
I contacted Arova to request return for credit, as I could package all items up in their original packaging. I expected to pay for return postage, and outlined why I wished to return the pantry.
I received a prompt response stating that it was outside their time limit to return for credit, and that the qualified and experienced cabinet maker had installed the unit incorrectly. The impression given was that their product would certainly not have failed, as I was told there had been thousands installed and only a small amount had been reported as faulty. I don't see how I wouldn't possibly be one of those customers who received a faulty unit?
I explained that I would not have had opportunity to know there was anything wrong with the unit before now, having had to wait for building works to be completed before installing.
I was asked to provide a video and pictures of the unit in operation.
They were sent, showing it was quite clear that the unit cetainly did not operate as advertised.
I was told that we were doing it wrong, because the soft close mechanism was turned off. I explained that it had been turned on in the video I sent, and quite simply did not perform to the expectation, as is easy to see in the video.
It was laughable to think that this tiny mechanism (which you cannot tell in the photos of the item before you buy) was expected to allow the weight of the unit to draw back into a closed position.
I have attempted to contact Arova numerous times to follow up, but they have gone very quiet and are ignoring my requests for assistance to resolve this issue.
So to sum up my experience: Poor quality mechanisms that do not perform to expectations, which cost almost as much as a decent branded alternative system. Don't expect to Arova to provide any after sales support once they've received your money.
Never again, and I'd recommend that anyone else who's thinking they might be able to save themselves a little money to stay away. Just let a cabinet maker use reputable brands he's trusted. I now have a $550 white elephant, rather than a properly functioning pantry that cost an awful lot of money to install over and above the price of the internal mechanism, given the structural changes that were required.

The items were shipped immediately and couriered to me within a few days.
Their website is easy to navigate and they have an online live chat to assist as well. They give full dimensions of each product so you know what you are getting.
The staff are friendly and very helpful when you ring.
I have no hesitation in recommending Arova!
