Annoying conduct! First they send me email bagging to leave a product review, than they deleted it! Just because is not positive one. I mean it was not my idea in a first place to share my view on the product. you've asked for it! In a nutshell all negative reviews are never posted by them, so when buying pls, be aware it's not a genuine experience by all clients!

Great business with impeccable service and prompt delivery – This has been a brilliant business to deal with. I am always a little cautious when I purchase online, but I couldn't have been happier with their product, the prompt delivery, (even in the peak craziness of Christmas), and when I called to speak to a staff member, it was handled with great support and the staff member was extremely helpful. They deserved me stopping and sharing my experience of a well run business. Thanks.

Disappointing customer service – Their customer service is not helpful at all. They don't seem to care too much about customers and their problems and/or questions. Maybe they don't know themselves, but they could try and be courteous at least.

problem was fixed – After contacting Art Supplies Australia about the wrong colour yellow being sent , they kindly got onto the issue straight away and sent me the correct yellow. They've also offered me a discount for my next purchase. In the end I was satisfied with the result and will continue to buy my art supplies from them . Great range but they delete negative reviews – It's really not okay to ask people for reviews of products and then delete or not publish the negative ones - it doesn't engender trust between the company and the customers. For this reason 3 stars. Otherwise a good range of products though many are always out of stock.

Brilliant range and great customer experience – I’ve been using Art Supplies Australia for a long time now for all our family’s artistic needs and have always been able to find what we need. Most recently we’ve dipped our toes into resin and the Luca resin is amazing and so much fun. Will definitely continue to use both the store and the brand.

Worst supplies ever – Selling cheap products under the guise of being a professional art supplier. Brushes had hairs falling out and were split after 5 minutes use with water based paints. Also took over a month for the order to arrive. Customer service was pathetic when I contacted them with my concerns.

Reliable service – My first order from Art Supply Australia arrived within a week when most people in Sydney were experiencing delivery delay due COVID and strike of truck drivers. Unfortunately one of paint tubes was missing from the delivery, but once I sent an email requesting to ship it or refund, it was refunded within a day. Prompt response and action are so important for online shopping. Thank you

Incompetent and rude – This place has the worse customer service. They take no responsibility for their own mistakes, are unreliable and incredibly rude. If you have a problem, don’t expect a response from them unless you threaten them. They will ignore you otherwise and don’t expect a refund in a hurry either. Considering how many online art supply stores there are, there is no reason to waste your money (or your time) with these people.

Great customer service – Goods ordered were well packaged. When I couldn’t find an item and queried whether it was sent they responded politely - they had sent it and I found it well packaged.

Great company – I received a gift card for Art Supplies Australia and went online. The web site was easily navigated and chose some items I liked. Check out was no problem being able to redeem my gift credit and pay for other items with PayPal. An email was sent as confirmation and other one tracking delivery to my door. I recommend this company.

great online art store – I found the website is quite user-friendly, it has lots products for fime art. we bought some pre-stretched canvases & acrylics with Matisse brand, and received one day after ordered, I didn't expect the delivery so quick. all products packed well. prices are very good, especially the canvas & matisse paints. very happy overall. low prices & quick service
