Dishonest, Fraudulent Artworx Art Supplies – Terrible service from Artworx Art Supplies. I ordered products prior to Christmas 2023 and received an email to say they were not in stock and a refund was promised. To date (end of February 2024) no refund has been made despite numerous emails and assurances. I wish I had of read the reviews prior to going to this online store. They are dishonest and a total scam. How can they continue to operate without warnings to the general public.

The poor reviews are correct! Do not place orders – I ordered some art supplies online from Artworx Geelong a week before Christmas and received no dispatch or tracking information. nothing arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I wanted my order. Today I saw the other reviews and immediately contacted PayPal and received a refund. How is this website still able to operate? It appears to have been operating a scam for a long time.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE – Ordered goods on Thursday last week. Received a payment email but no invoice. On Wednesday this week called twice. No answer. Texted. No reply. Emailed. Received a ‘wait 24 to 48 hours for a response’ automatic reply. On the phone now to credit card company to dispute transaction. Believe the reviews and avoid Artworx at all costs.

Do not use this company – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE A SCAM. Ordered 2 tins of Krylon glue Sept 23, but by November no goods had arrived. Some emails were answered in the beginning with excuses, but always a promise of a despatch. I wanted a refund, but that was ignored. Took it up with my bank, who have refunded my card for the time being, while they conduct their investigation .

No parcel ,no communication and 1 month on – I like to shop online and normally there isn't a hiccup, but this company is either dodgy or extremely incompetent, and definitely unorthodox with their business practices. After several emails and phone calls no return correspondence, so no way of finding out what has happened to the order. Like 90% of the other reviews,I too wish I had read the product reviews prior to ordering with this business. Never again !

Likely Scam. If not, complete morons – Weeks and weeks with no order, update or response to messages. Looked on here - surprise! Many others also scammed. I paid through paypal so got a full refund on this order that never came, which is why I use paypal.

Scam!! – Bought something. Received an email saying it was being refunded. Never received money. This website should be shut down!! Disputing with my bank now to get money back

this place is a complete scam – I ordered over 100 bucks worth of clay a few months ago, there was a confirmation email but i still have not received anything. I have emailed them numerous times with no reply. I am going to the ombudsmen as i went into another store and they informed me that they have had so many customers in about their missing orders that were over 1000 bucks. reply. I then read the reviews here (too late) however I have just lodged a claim via Paypal, I fell for the fact they seemed to have physical address in Geelong and I had seen them online for some time. It is a scam site in my opinion, stay clear, they play 'games' with people.

Don't waste your money! – Ordered spray paint from this company. It never arrived. Emailed and rang multiple times but never received a response. Run from this company! DO NOT ORDER – placed an order and paid for it 6 weeks ago. ABSOLUTELY no reply to my emails, messages or SMS. I would give a negative star rating if that were possible

Long story, but basically the same as all the others you see posted everywhere online. Made an order and then ensued weeks of back and forth trying to get them to actually SEND my order or cancel and refund it. The only reason I didn't check the google reviews as I usually do before ordering, is because I have been to the physical store in Geelong previously, and it seemed like a real business?? Guess not. No idea how these guys are still operating. Pretty wild. I'm sure they will be shut down soon with the huge number of complaints being made to governing bodies.

I'll be sure to share my experience with my large network of artists in the area.

If you are seeing this too late, contact your bank ASAP to arrange a chargeback. Because you WILL NOT be given a refund OR your product.

Report - Fair Trading Victoria/Australia – Left waiting in limbo for my purchase. Seems fair trading online complaint is fastest way to get refund. This Business will have it's doors closed if 3 or more complaints lodged.

Stressfull to deal with - get a Lawyer – Orderd a spray can for a Job for an elderly man. Am still waiting has been over 7 weeks. Excuse was that they were waiting for their warehouse to dispatch, and then no response to further emails. These people seem to have no stock, just a website then they order your purchase through a third party that takes weeks even months, if you receive it at all, then they smack a massive postage and handling fee on top. Never ever ever again Sm artworx.

Items not been sent after two and half weeks – They are so bad at communicating with customers. Two and half weeks later after purchasing products, I am still waiting for them to ship the products.

Money taken, no product received – Made an order on 4th May, money has been taken but no product received. Company not responding to emails or messages requesting refund.

About the only place in Aus that had the Tee Square I was after – Ordering online was easy. I had a few concerns initially when delivery was late being picked up then read so many bad reviews here and could not get hold of them by phone. Thankfully It was delivered faster than expected and incredibly well packed. They did send an email though several days after it was picked up explaining they are in process of moving to a warehouse.

many emails and cannot get replies. I changed from wanting the products that I felt are never likely to eventuate to requesting a refund. Again many requests for a refund. I cannot get any response. It has got to the point that I can’t help but wonder if the people running this business are scammers, common thieves or if they think they are a charity for us people who have trustingly put our cash into their pockets because neither goods nor service has been provided nor any explanation - at least not to me anyway. I have been using online ordering since it’s inception and use it a lot as I live in a remote area and have never ever experienced such blatant disservice and taking of ‘customers’ money with no return as what Artworxs appear do for some of their customers including me. They have taken my money apparently knowing they would not provide either service or products so I can’t see that it is anything else but what I’ve said above. As per a previous review the ACCC states that either a business provides a product or issues a full refund. I’m still waiting…. PS. My communication was friendly, polite and formal until I realised the utter futility of it, and then admittedly it became angry (but not abusive) and frustrated through their lack of response in any way whatsoever. PPS this review process requires a star rating to publish. Unfortunately there isn’t an option of no stars!

Appalling – I ordered a product on 24 November that has not been delivered. I have emailed twice and left phone messages but have received no response except a generic text apologising for delays. It’s the first time I’ve spent what I consider to be a lot of money on a decent canvas so am really disappointed as I can’t afford to do that again and it seems I won’t receive this one. Appalling business that doesn’t deliver or communicate to discuss order.

it is by law the company honours the delivery or provides a full refund. To make things convenient, I asked for the item that is able to delivered and provide a refund for the items that cannot. However, they stopped replying to my messages, emails and phone calls. I've filed a formal complaint, made a report to the ACCC and contacted fair trading to try and sort this matter and get my money back. This has resulted in such a waste of time when I need these items for a project for a client. I cannot believe a company like this is still running after all the horrible reviews and experiences others have gone through. Extremely disappointing and I have never encountered an experience like this. I feel like I have been scammed.
