Waste of $240 – Have had these runners for about 8 months. Only wear them for an hour 5-6 days a week walking. The fabric on both shoes has split on the left and right sides. For the price of $240 I would have expected much better quality and durability. I have had much cheaper joggers in the past that have lasted years. My first ASICS product and also my last. Never again.

Purchased in at Rebel Fit Physical store for $239.99.

Mesh holes barely worn – I barely wear these shoes. I could count the number of times they are worn in a year on one foot and a hole has formed through the mesh. Poor quality for $260.

Purchased at ASICS for $260.

Asics dont last very long – Only had Asics for several months Toes worn through. Asics only warrant for 3 months. Was accused of excessive wear. My shoes usually last for years. No refund or replacement. Never had anything like this with any other sports shoes. Will never buy Asics again.

Purchased in at ASICS for $190.

Waste of money – - after only 2 months, i have realised these expensive shoes are a waste of money. My physio diagnosed me with Plantar fasciitis and suggested trainers with better support for my everyday wear. This is what made me choose the asics nimbus 23. However after just 2 months I am having disappointing issues – and instead of supporting my feet – it has in fact made it worse – and have forced me to have more regular physio appointments – and causing bigger bills.

I am not a runner, I don’t even go to the gym. These shoes are just being worn for casual wear. Around the house, going to the shops, park visits – everyday living.

The size definitely runs smaller than most other shoes. My toe bumps into the end of the shoe, just walking around the house – causing me daily pain in my nails. ALL of my shoes are size 11 and I have a lot of different brands.

The rubber parts on the bottom has also started peeling back in 3 areas, and something is causing them to have a really loud annoying squeak.

Purchased in for $190.

No other running shoe for me – I’ve been wearing ASICS Gel Nimbus running shoes for over 10 years, running various distances and have gone through many versions with marathon training. I’ve tried other shoes (New Balance, Mizuno) and my broader foot definitely feels most at home in the ASICS gel nimbus. So I don’t look anywhere else anymore. I’m 100km’s into my new ASICS Gel-Nimbus 23 Women’s Running shoes and they don’t disappoint.
