Problem with Start ups – First thought might have been because I wasn't used to Windows 8, but the apps kept playing up & not syncing on start up then being touch screen it was very sensitive & seemed to disappear. Two months into owning machine I turned it on,it bypassed the password start up & straight to windows 8, the apps were not loading properly & were throwing up weird colours,then it just went blank. Wouldn't even turn off had to turn orchard at wall.Now yes they have asked me to return to manufacturer but, feel only 2 mths should have been given another. Or a substitute still this was remedied,$1,000 Is a log to pay. I am still waiting,sent and took 1 1/2 weeks before assigned to even a technician, then advised when phoned that could be another 7 to 10 working days depending on what parts are required.I was advised by a friend not to purchase as had troubles with their screens.Wish now had listened. HD Experience and game graphics Screen and start up with long waiting warranty service
