Worst ever – After unboxing and assembly I used the product twice and the laser failed. After a lot of toing and froing with the place where I Purchased I purchased the unit from they have dropped off the planet. Atomstack customer support is useless. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE

Awesome piece of gear! – The Atomstack P7 M40 laser engraving machine is a solid choice for entry-level to intermediate engraving tasks. Upon delivery, the packaging ensures safe transit, and the straightforward assembly process takes about 30 minutes. Once assembled, it operates smoothly, offering a reliable performance. Compatibility with Lightburn software is a notable advantage, as it's a popular and user-friendly option. This software simplifies the engraving process, making it accessible even for beginners.
In terms of design, its presence on a desk is noticeable, and the open front design allows for easy mobility. This feature is convenient when handling various projects or adjusting materials swiftly.
When it comes to engraving, the machine excels with timber like pine and handles thinner materials well enough for hobbyist-level projects. However, it's worth noting that it may not meet the demands of heavy-duty commercial work.
Overall, the Atomstack P7 M40 is a suitable choice for hobbyists or enthusiasts interested in crafting small items for personal use or local markets. While it's not the ultimate professional-grade laser engraving machine, its ease of assembly, compatibility with common software, and decent performance make it a practical option for beginners or those working on smaller-scale projects.
