Poor quality product - you get what you pay for – Service is great. But I’m sorry to say, the quality of their product is bad. My bench top has a huge crack in it after two weeks and absolutely bare minimum use. You get what you pay for. Unfortunately I’ll probably have to replace it before too long.

slabs of marble we wanted from the warehouse and both Hulya and Jimmy helped us with organising delivery, honing and a great price for our marble and tiles. We felt very comfortable browsing around at our own pace as no one was pushy. They were happy to answer any questions we had. If you are wanting stone or tiles that are not your typical generic ones (at a great price and with great service) then I highly recommend you travel to Attila’s.

us, and the lady quoted over $2000 on the exact same slab. Their stone is VERY dirty and they don't have anything to wipe your hands with, so we had to go get wet ones from the car. You feel very, very uneasy around them and felt bad to even open your mouth as they will be a smart *ss back to you. ie: i didn't dare ask them for something to wipe my hands on even though they could see my hands were block from touching their stone, as I was genuinely sure they'd just scoff at me and act like it was the end of the world. We also wanted to take my time going up and down the aisles but the lady acted like we were taking them away from their other clients (there was literally noone else there at the time) - funnily enough, I didn't even want her following us around. She was hassling US, and taking us away from what we were looking at, trying to show us other stuff we didn't want. I eventually asked if it was ok if we kept looking, and she had the gall to say that she has other people to attend to and we're holding her up. I told her it was fine, we'll just keep looking. We literally never wanted her following us around anyway! She was like a leech. She tried to get us to buy marble, telling us it was best stone you could get. Said it doesn't stain and can put hot pans on it etc. She even had my partner believing her, and partially myself. But something kept nagging at me, because I knew that marble was a delicate surface. So I re-googled marble for the 1000th time, and found that I was right. It's the whole reason they introduced porcelain and dekton etc. The guy that was helping us before her was a liar who did the same as her...kept taking our attention away from what we were looking for and when I tried explaining what we wanted, both of them only half heard it and kept trying to sell the complete opposite to us. It's why we wanted to just walk around and look without them constantly talking to us and taking our focus away and not allowing my partner and I to talk to each other about what we liked and think about it for a second. When we asked questions they would get fed up and basically tell us to forget about it. Buying a benchtop is a HUGE deal as you can't just replace it easily once it's in. I wanted expert advice, but they just lie and get impatient.

So today, I am off to see some other factories today and will leave reviews of my experience with them, so when Attila comment back here, with excuses for their disgusting attitudes, placing these issues on my as I am sure they will, you'll see that I am a fair and reliable reviewer.

staff and management looked after us on all fronts. They have the largest range, availability of stock and they also looked after us on price. When we had some delays with our initial Stonemasons, Mr. Attila himself helped us out with a few referrals to some excellent Stonemasons. We would highly recommend Attila Stone to anyone building. Go everywhere you need to but give Attila a look before you place your final order. Ask for Jim at their Campbellfield headquarters.

The team at Attila's are amazing! – I was very impressed with Jimmy's professionalism and knowledge of the range of natural stone Attilas has to offer. the staff were very friendly and approachable. TERRIBLE SERVICE – If I could take that star away I would. I have never dealt with a company so rude. I have been verbally abused just trying to collect material and the again after collection. I will never deal with this company again and will encourage others also. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Just go! Great shopping experience – Great products, great prices and helpful staff. Was in the Richmond showroom over the weekend - Attila has an interior designer there to assist who was friendly and helpful. Went to Moorabin wiith my architect today and we were both impressed. Only downside is that there are too many options to choose from...

Buyer beware- untrustworthy and low product quality – Really bad experience and after talking to other builders and architects this is a common experience. was rang up and verbally abused. Never again! Their prices are very high for wholesale, after this experience I shopped around and saved about 30% on what Attila described as the cheapest in Melbourne.

Factory floor is really dirty and the office smells like they smoke inside.

If you want cheap prices and to build a good trusting relationship with the supplier avoid Attila’s like the plague.

Buyer beware – Be very careful buying stone slabs from this company as their product is inferior quality from Turkey. The slabs are filled and it is very hard to detect this in the warehouse and they get you to sign a acceptance when the stone leaves the warehouse. overpriced for the quality and there is no back up once the stone leaves the warehouse they will leave you high and dry.

They will try to con you that they are the only supplier of the stone but shop around and find the genuine suppliers.
