Never again don’t waste you money – Will never ever use cruise co again. I booked one of the coveted Disney cruises via cruise co. Not only have the taken my money but it looks like I’ve missed out on my cruise. No confirmation or itinerary sent out. Over $1100 missing from my account, I tried to ring Friday to see what was happening with my booking after being on hold of 3 hours I had to go to appointments so did not get to talk to an agent. After talking to other people that had the same experience they have told me that I’ll have to wait 5 days for my refund. I have a very disappointed child as there are NO rooms left and even if one comes up, I don’t have another $1100 to pay the deposit. Thanks for absolutely nothing

Inaccurate and misleading information on website. Beware! – Yesterday we received an email from this company advertising a 5 night cruise leaving from Melbourne, going to Tasmania on the 20th of November 2017 for from $694 for an interior cabin. This price was also the same on their website, I rang them the following day and enquired about the availability of interior cabins for this cruise. To my surprise the representative named Chris quoted me a price in excess of $990. When I informed him of the price difference of some $300 he gave me some excuse about the price relating to guaranteed interior cabins or something similar and told me that the website was not live. I told him that the price on the website was misleading and that people could be led into committing to a cruise that was a totally different price to the information that their website provided. He again gave me a lame apology for the website not being live. Given that this information has been present since at least yesterday, the website is either not updated regularly enough or else deliberately provides misleading information to get people going to it and possibly unsuspectingly committing to wrongly priced cruises. Be aware of this information should you consider booking a trip through this company as we will certainly never be using them.
